I dont know if I got lucky or what, but i got my quantum pulse baitcasting reel i ordered yesterday but not my rod that was supposed come with it. It only took 4 weeks to arrive, and if I'm going to be honest I don't think it's a scam I think its people not knowing what they are doing. Also I've seen a lot people say alot of the stuff are knock offs. My isnt i compared my quantum pulse i got from fishing care package to the one I bought on close out from tacklewarehouse, because I didn't think I was going to get it from here since everyone say they never get there stuff, and they are exactly the same to the last detail including be used on the water the only difference was i had one on a mh 6ft 6 all star Carolina rig rod and the other on an mh 7ft abu vegance rod i had laying around.

I ordered three items from them I did received two of items but not what I ordered the three items never showed up I emailed them no response But I call my bank they stopped payment on the third item

This is the worst company you can ever buy anything from. They “shipped” my 500$ order. Guess what was in it, a 5$ reel. Luckily my bank refunded me my money. Don’t buy from this place! Take the advice of a veteran who has integrity. This place is the worst of the worst! They all should work for a funeral home as Pallbearers, all they do is let people down.

Cant be legit. And to Lucas who probably works for the so called company and gave it 5 stars, you have spoken too early. Just because they say they shipped it doesn't mean your getting it. Don't believe it till you have the item in hand. You probably got screwed.

2 weeks 3 emails and have heard nothing . Don't waste your time on this scam.

My son has ordered a reel a month ago still never received it I have email this company txt the number I was told to and still never heard anything and they took my money I will be reporting them to horriable service

I have read all the reviews, and they don’t seem to be too good. In my opinion I really do believe this company has made a turn around. I ordered two reels and they have shipped within two weeks, and are in route!

Ordered 2 reels in January and still haven't gotten them. They won't reply to messages or emails. Need to report them to Facebook and Instagram.

Purchased 2 reels on Jan 26th this year. Still have not received items. Company will not respond to emails or phone calls! Avoid this bootleg business!

Ordered 2 Abu Garcia Bait Casters April 4 2020 and have received nothing. Emailed multiple times with no responses. Another FB scamming retailer! Watch out consumer! They (Fishing Care Package) take your money and run! Very disappointed! Contacting my credit card to alert them to the scam tomorrow. Pretty sure this scammer is based in China!

Placed an order for a reel on Easter Sunday, I have sent 5 emails with no response whatsoever and still no reel! But they were sure happy to take my money. I e now requested a full refund but I’m sure I won’t get that either. Please people don’t order anything from them! They advertise all over social media, do not take a chance!!!!!

Charged my card and had to fight it. No response from e-mail, FB messenger, and calls. They need to shut this site down.

Ordered an Abu Garcia revo x on April 14, 2020 and it still has not been delivered. Have emailed and DM’d there instagram and they tell me that they get back to me, after a i give them my order number they completely stop contacting me

Communication is horrible. Placed order 3/20/2020 and after multiple attempts (at least 5) to contact company only one reply by email which was not helpful at all!

43 days later, I finally received s order, but only half.

Poor communication, massive delay in receiving my order, and didn’t even get a bargain bc only received half!

I will never order from them again or recommend it!

Now I have to try to get the rest of my order or get refunded the difference!

I did the BOGO flash sale deal they had and ordered a mystery box and an Abu Garcia reel about a month and a half ago. The box came in with the baits but no reel, even though it was listed on my shipping notification. I emailed their customer service department asking if there was a mistake. I did not get a response. After 3 more weeks without a reply I sent two more emails. I get a response asking me for my order number but that is all. Its been 2 weeks since that first and only reply and now they will not respond to my emails. I suggest no one ever use this website or order from this company. Shady people with terrible customer service that just want your money.

Do not buy from this place. Ordered a reel and rod over a month ago and have not received anything yet. Ive emailed 3 nice emails but this next one will be a mean one. Calling my credit card company to try and get my money back. Total SCAM here, im surprised Instagram allows this type of advertisement. FTP!!!

Looks like i got ripped off. Ordered two reels three weeks ago. Still did not get my order. Reading all the reviews i wonder how come no one investigating these guys?

Ordered my reel 2 months ago. Took my money that day. After 6 weeks I emailed them and they responded that same day saying the package would be shipped within 72 hours. That was 2 weeks ago and nothing has been shipped and now there not responding to any emails.
