I got a bogo. They ran a deal a couple weeks ago on bass gear so I got 100 worms and a mystery box. My box came in and 1/2 of the items where out of the original packaging with the broken packaging in the box. Still missing my worms and I’ve emailed several times and looked to write a review and you can’t on the site. Do not buy from this company!!!!

Horrible company horrible service will not ship what you order and will not fix any mistake you may receive.

It’s a scam don’t waste your time

I bought a 50 pack of senkos and a sample pack of baits on the website. I ordered it in early November of 2019 and nothing had happened. I didn't get any emails for it at all. I emailed them about ten times and i didn't get a response. I got a confirmation email 6 months later saying that only half of the order is going to ship. But i still paid full price for everything. THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

My 1st experience was very positive. Ordered a 3 rod/reel combo’s package. Received all 3 within 2 weeks. That was mid March. On 4/2 I ordered a 2 rod/reel combo set of bait casters. On 4/13 I asked for an update. I received a response saying they were running two weeks behind on orders. As of now my last 2 emails have gone unanswered. I am keeping my fingers crossed but after reading all of these reviews I have to say I am concerned.

Well I think everyone else has said it for me. Looking into the reviews it seems that this has been going on since 2016? How does this even happen? My story. Ordered rods on the BOGO deal well over a month ago. No response to emails, disputed on CC. I wish you could post to their social media sites to stop people from buying.

I ordered some fishing rods and reels in February and still April 25,2020 have not received them. I have emailed 3 times and no response. I am giving 10 days per my email today for a response. If I don’t get one then I will have no other choice but to contact my bank and possibly a lawyer.

Total Scam Ordered rods in February, they charged my Credit Card and I still do not have them!!!!! I can get no response from them!!!! They Suck!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a reel and was promised a free one at lesser price.has been six weeks now.order has not shipped.tried to contact via email.no response.email address is now not valid.filed with bbb.i think they already had over 600 cases against them.no phone number.no address.it is s risk scam.

I seen this online told several friends about this only to get scam luckily for me my credit card company told me this was a scam and gave me credit , Remember if it sound to good to be true it is

My experience was very bad it’s been almost a month now and I still haven’t received the reel that I bought. I’d either like my product or my money back.

I wish I would have read this before placing my order. Ordered 4 rod/real assemblies during their BOGO sale a month ago. Received the free ones but not the ones I ordered, I made several attempts to contact them with no response. To make matters worse they double charged my credit card and the bank caught it reversing one of the charges.

Just wish that I had seen all of the reviews before I ordered. I will be contacting my bank in the morning and letting them know that I was scammed. Thank goodness my bank hates people like these.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Just curious if anyone out there has ever received anything other than plastics from this company? I ordered 2 reels about 5-6 weeks ago. I got an email saying I'd have my tracking number that day. This was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing not even my tracking number.

Won't return email. Hasn't shipped my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. I suggest anyone who is having this issue to file a complaint with Florida's Office of Attorney General. I have filed a complaint. All I wanted was communication and my products. Getting neither. But they did take my money.

I made an order in January and still haven't received my reels. They will NOT respond to emails or answer phone calls just goes to a full voicemail. This company should be shut down! I've reported to better business bureau.

Took my payment but only sent half the order. I emailed several times before getting a response. They printed a shipping label and created a tracking number and then promised to send my reel within 48 hours. Three weeks later they still haven’t sent anything and refuse to answer my emails.

I read the reviews and was still suckered by this scam. Unlike others, they did ship my order, although it was only half the order. There were doing a BOGO on their "Fisherman's Dream Box" 2 for $39. I thought how can you go wrong, they claim each care package has 12-20+ items and a MINIMUM value of $100. This package is a complete JOKE, came with items that I honestly don't know who would use them they are completely useless. The package came with 12 items ranging in retail price from $0.75 to 1 item breaking the bank at $5.99, and one of the "12" items was a sticker, that's right a sticker. Do the math, there is no chance that package retailed at even remotely close to $100 and I only got 1 box, they didn't honor the BOGO. Contacted them numerous times via email and FB Messenger (as they refuse to provide a phone number to contact them) and I get no response. They are absolute garbage and the biggest scam. They must be getting tons of complaints bc they removed the 100% satisfaction guarantee from their site.

Same as everyone else. I wish I would have looked here before ordering the reels. I got a response to the first couple of emails requesting the status of the order saying it takes at least 2 weeks to ship. We are now a month out and no more responses to emails.

Will not ship the items you order. They are thieves!

Same as everyone else order a reel order 53404 back on feb 23 and never recieved it. Emailed multiple times no response. File I clam with the bbb.
