I knew it was too good to be true! I ordered the BOGO deal. I only received one reel, and it wasn't even the reel that I even paid for. I paid for the Revo X and chose the Quantum Throttle 2.0 spinning reel as my free reel. Got my Quantum in the mail but no Revo X. Needless to say, I am mad as a mofo! At least send me the one I actually paid for, lol. Never again!

Terrible company with flagrant consumer abuse and constantly lieing about shipping dates. Says shipped but no reels after spending $100 on two reels.
Please file an online consumer complaint with the Attorney General Of Florida to get these guys arrested.

Don’t fall for there BS. I been waiting for a status update for my reel to ship for months. Nothing. They took my money and haven’t delivered any Correspondence or product. I’ve requested multiple refunds. I finally got a confirmation message they were putting in for a request for refund. It’s not a request. Give me my money. No address on their website. The business owner should be ashamed of their self.

Let's get enough people together and sue these thieves for fraud and spam.

How are they still in business? They are stealing people’s hats earned money. I’ll be calling Florida better business bureau tomorrow for guidance. Don’t order anything from them, they shouldn’t be in business.

Thiefs. I placed an order #45953 on 12/31/2019. Until now I did not receive it. Do not waste your money, you'll gt nothing and no one will respond to you.

Never received the reel I ordered. I paid 106.48 and 27.45 and only received some cheap jigs and worms. Won't answer phone, won't respond to email or Facebook messenger. It's 3/26/2020 and I ordered 1/21/2020. Today I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Same as everyone else. Ordered a reel, was charged (they seem to have that part down) but have never received order AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND !!! I sent 4 emails ! ORDER #50431 placed on feb 3, 2020.

Waited 2 months. Emailed a few weeks after ordering for an update, and was told my order would be sent out within 2 business days. Since then, they haven’t shipped it, nor responded to a number of my emails. Scam company.

They have since deleted me from commenting on their Facebook ads. I urge others here to let potential customers on FB know.

Wrote earlier how I didn’t receive my reel after 4 weeks.Called and asked for my money back. To my surprise they did reissue to my gift card the full amount. I used the gift card quickly so they wouldn’t take it off.I still wouldn’t deal with this company in the future.

Well, me a broke college kid just bought four of the Abu Garcia Revo X reels and after two weeks with nothing yet I looked at the reviews here only to find that I am one of the hundreds who have been scammed I guess. Sooooo there's no fighting this, is there? Even if they would send just one reel I would be happy.

Never received my order will not respond to emails. BBB has hundreds of complaints yet they are still scamming people.

Order was placed for four items .
Looked like good deals and price was good .
Received first three inexpensive items within a week or less . Other item was 50.00 .
I got messages each time about the first three cheaper items . Thought wow they are on the ball . But they lure you in with that .
Now almost a month no reply to seven emails on their website . No phone numbers to call either.
I have given all my info to credit card customer service. They will credit my account I’m confident of that .
One more thing , the 50.00 item I ordered that has not been received was a three rod deal . Two weeks after my order their website said sold out . Now the website says in stock and the are 70.00 .

Total scam. Glad I'm not the only DA to get screwed by this company. These folks should be in jail and never allowed to operate any other business again.

Total joke! I took part in the Abu Garcia reel FB promotion (Scam) that you could purchase the reel at a ridiculous price. It has been well over a month since I purchased the reel and still haven't gotten it. After reading some of the posts, I know I am not alone. My "Arrive" app shows that the reel was shipped on 2/24, but still nothing. Please note that I initially purchased the reel on 1/31, with supposedly First Class Shipping. Still nada! I will gladly remove this post if I get my real before the Corona Virus devours the planet, otherwise, it is staying. :)

Theses guys are scammers at best! I ordered a Garcia Reel a little over a month ago. As soon as I placed the order something told me it was a scam. Unfortunately I read these reviews AFTER placing the order. I immediately called my Credit Card Company but could not stop the payment but was told that if sale was not legit I could get my money back because of anti fraud protection. The CC company gave me their Customer support email. I sent a request for update email to which I received no response. The order confirmation email said that reels may take up to 2 weeks to ship. I waited to send a SECOND REQUEST for information after the 2 weeks had passed. After a few days I called my CC company back and talked to someone in their fraud Dept. I asked that my CC charges for this order would be returned. About 10 days later I received notes that a credit was returned to my account. I came out ok but still am mad at myself for not checking on fishingcarepackage before buying.

Do not order from this company it's a scam they took my money and I never received my baitcaster 54.00 dollars gone....dont do it it's a rip off

Advoid sent worms spent 160 on three reels horrible service won’t send reels took over three weeks filed claim.

I had a great experience. I ordered the 100 tech style swimbait bundle and received it 2 days later. And it had a good variety of useful colors for different weather conditions and water clarity.
