I'm gutted that I lost my money on this fraudulent outfit. I should have done my research. I spent 188 quid on equipment which hasn't arrived.

Well done to anyone who has done their research and has found this review before buying anything. They are complete scammers. I think I will change my credit card also just to be safe.

If the equipment does arrive, I will update this review.

Terrible scam of a website. Order placed on 09/04. Told 4 different delivery dates. “Guaranteed” today. Absolute scam of a website. No one to speak to, phones off the hook and no replies online chat. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Promised the item was with the courier on 4 separate occasions only to be told “out of stock you’ll get a refund” 3 weeks later. Shambles.

Scam website, won’t deliver anything. The reviews saying otherwise will be made up! I’m just glad I’ve paid on a credit card and have received my funds back.
The positive reviews are completely made up, one talks about reclining elliptical machines that were delivered and fitted they don’t even stock those haha (not that they actually stock anything) literally all the positive reviews are fake they will all only have 1 review as well!

Still waiting for my order, over 3 weeks now. Unprofessional in their emails... When they bother to reply. Not even sure this is a legit company. No reply to the online chat. Asked for a refund but haven't received one and haven't received a reply to my request. Taken advice via CAB. Hoping I can get my money back via my bank. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I had ordered some dumbbells on April 15th, and paid for express delivery. Normal delivery times were estimated at 3-4 days. It's now been 12 days and I've had no material updates. I was promised late last week delivery 'confirmed' by end of day today. No updates so far, and been on hold with customer service for 40 minutes and counting.

All a bit more annoying as prices inflated 3x to begin with due to Covid shortages.

Others here have had good experiences, but otherwise would have assumed a fraud.

Lack of communication about delays in delivery times. Got told Friday 3 times only be delayed another 3 days. Paid for express delivery too. I know you had messages updated on the website, but no emails or updates to the customer were given. I had to do all the chasing myself. Also regarding your reply, I have an email from your selfs saying the refund would be 2-3 business days and NOT The 5-7 days you have replied to this email. They over promise and under deliver.

Just lie on available stock, via their website – saying ‘WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS.Please buy online and your order will be delivered in 3 to 4 working days!”

Don’t answer their phone line or any emails

The only time they reply is via their website live chat, which appear to be open 24/7 – they again lie say items are in stock and when you chase your order they again lie and say it has been dispatched and with their courier.

TOTAL CON – AVOID!!!
