A mixed experience
I found the reception staff very pleasant and helpful. The down side was the repairs took longer than expected. The final checks took 2-3 days and yet my car was returned with the left indicator not working!

Second time now we have used fix auto personally, and both times they have been absolutely spot on from start to finish, repairs done to the vehicles have been perfectly done and no complaints. Megan the receptionist was polite and kept us informed every step of the way. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else from now on.

Throughout the whole process the service was excellent. Communication was outstanding with friendly extremely helpful named people.

Disappointing repair service
Sadly when the van was returned the signwriting was not correct missing "U" from Unit and on the passenger door the telephone numbers where not in alignment with the addresses and we are still awaiting a date for this to be addressed. Really not acceptable.

First class experience
My experience with Fix Auto was excellent from start to finish. From the very first conversation I had with Di, I felt I was in safe hands. She was both empathetic and informative. After a few email exchanges consisting of photographs and vehicle info, a consultation was quickly scheduled.
After Mark's hands on inspection, he very quickly outlined the work involved and provided with with a quote. On the day of the work, it transpired that the damage had been more extensive than first assessed. Mark was very transparent about the extent of the damage and went out of his way to reduce costs where possible.
The work was completed to an excellent standard and the overall condition of my vehicle when returned was superb. Both the interior and exterior of the vehicle had cleaned thoroughly, making me feel like I was stepping into a new car.
Again, Di was extremely kind and assured me regarding my warranty status of both parts and repairs. Needless to say, my car passed it's MOT with flying colours the following week. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to friends or family and would happily use them again if the need arises (hopefully not).
