Superb experience with Lewis repairing my Fitbit Versa 2. I hadn't know about their service previously but found them online and checked their reviews. Very quick and efficient service and at a great price too. The whole thing took a week. Highly recommend.

The service from Fixfitbits has been fantastic from start to finish! Responded to my enquiry and emails straight away, sent my watch on Monday and received it back Friday like new. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Fixfitbits!

After Googling various options I ordered a new strap on line, from the selection available. It was reasonably priced and arrived within a few days-so a hassle free process and I would use them again.

I couldn't find good service in Ireland, so decided to send my Fitbit and the service was great. There was good email contact from the beginnin and throughout all service, easy to pay, I was informed about everything, offered protector for the watch, shipping options etc. I’m really pleased with the work done, my watch was badly damaged but it's like new now! I would happily recommend this 5star service!

I was really nervous about sending my Fitbit off, but actually it was a really good service. There was good contact from the moment I enquired for my quote, it was easy to send off, easy to pay, I was informed it had arrived and when it was on its way back. I’m really pleased with the work done - the screen had fallen off my Fitbit and I wouldn’t even know there had been a problem now! I’m really pleased with the work done and would happily recommend them to others.

I checked the reviews before sending off my FitBit for you never can tell about a company's service. The numerous 5 star ratings were absolutely right, I sent my FitBit on Tuesday and received it back on Saturday. It now looks new with a replaced screen and a superior strap. Highly recommended.
Postscript: The strap proved faulty, I received a reply within 30 minutes and that was on a Sunday, a replacement was sent the next day. Faultless service rarely seen nowadays.

Fixbits did exactly what they said they would do, replaced the smashed screen on my Versa 3 and it is working as good as new with clarity that is equal in quality to the original screen that the watch came with.
Everything was carried out in a timely manner, and there was plenty of communication from both FixBit and postal service with progress updates.

One thing to note and this is not a reflection on FixBits but if like me you are accessing their service from Ireland then you will be charged duty and processing fee by customs before your watch will be returned to you, it was an added fee that I hadn't thought about when I was sending my watch off to be fixed.

In summary, I am very happy with the work carried out by FixBit and its nice to get a perfectly good watch fixed rather than just throwing it out.

Good service kept me informed of the progress reasonable price and quick service excellent work. I would use again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, after posting my versa 3 for a screen replacement I heard from them within two days, paid the fee and my Fitbit was back within seven days from posting to returning.

I sent my fit bit via post to fix Fitbit’s, having sent them an email to see if they could fix my watch. They responded straight away and I’m pleased to say gave me clear instructions on how to send it to them and how long it would take to fix. They fixed my watch we needed a new strap and the watch reset as it was loosing time. They replaced the watch with a much better strap which I was so pleased with. I got my watch back within a week and was so happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company if you want a good repair done on your watch and it returned in quick time. 👍🏾

Excellent service and products. Ordered a Fitbit Versa 3 screen and strap. Order came within 2 days and we're good quality. Fitted both using the useful video. Would recommend the company.

Fix Fitbits was very quick with examining my wife's Fitbit and replacing the glass front cover which unfortunately was cracked. The time taken to repair was fast and the watch including the strap was also given a good clean.
