moto fit EA50 - What a piece of junk!
I got a moto fit EA50 watch which has never worked from the first day. It switches itself off randomly, doesn't count steps even close to accurate and the watch face should show weather but doesn't; it just says 'check your wifi. Mr wifi is working fine! What a piece of junk!

My new Razr 50 Ultra
My new Razr 50 Ultra, developed a fault whilst using Google Maps, the screen went pink and couldn't be read. My initial contact with the service centre was ok and the phone was sent it. Everything after that was terrible, they refused to repair the phone, saying it had been misused. Which it hadn't, it was only a few months old and never dropped. When I asked them to send it back as I could go through my insurance instead to get it repaired they also refused to waiver the return fee. Its been 25 years since my last Motorola, I will not be buying a Motorola again, the Razr obviously has issues which they don't want to admit. If you buy one, be prepared for issues.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience! Purchased the Motorola Razr 60 earlier this year, in July the hinges popped out and the screen stopped working (nothing I had exactly the same issue with the Razr 50 and returned it to Very for a refund with no questions asked, they weren't able to offer a replacement hence the purchase of the 60 from Motorola). Motorola turned the repair around within a week - the screen stopped working again a week later! Motorola seem incapable of holding a sensible conversation about this, refusing to offer anything but another repair. The customer service is non existent, extremely inflexible and incapable of applying any kind of human logic. I would avoid this company and this particular phone at all costs, and I'd certainly never buy from Motorola again directly!
Completely disappointed
Completely disappointed. I’ve purchased two Moto 360 smartwatches, and unfortunately, both batteries now need replacing. This is a beautiful and well-designed brand, but the after-sales care for its smartwatches is non-existent. There seems to be very little support available when it comes to repairs or battery replacements, which is extremely disappointing.
Do not chance it
Do not chance it - absolutely horrendous and wish I’d seen these reviews first but being a major company, you would think they know better. Processing a return is a farce, the customer service representative had no clue as to how the process worked or the timeframes but promised me detailed instructions once the returns team have generated my label - just don’t do it - read the other horror stories

Sold within 24 hours by Motomoula.
Wanted to sell my car, and Motomoula seemed to be the best way to sell, this being a direct sale and were offerering the same price as the dealer auction sites.
I had taken off the personal plate and was waiting for the v5 to come back from Swansea.
Got the V5 log book back on Friday afternoon, submitted the photos and documents that evening, with the info that they could pick up the car anytime, the sooner the better.
Got an email that they could collect it SATURDAY MORNING. I OK'd this and by mid morning Saturday, I had been paid and the car was away.
Extremely satisfied with Motomoula, can certainly highly recommend them.
Because the sale went through so fast, I had forgotten to remove the dashcam, I explained this to the transpofter men and in 5 minutes they had removed it for me. Many thanks to them also.
I bought the motorola razr ultra 50
I bought the motorola razr ultra 50. Within a year the screen was failing across the hinge. I sent it to them for warranty repair. They refused to repair it as they classed hinge failure as outside of the scope of the warranty. Do not buy this product!!
first and last time I buy Motorola
I have purchased my first and last Motorola phone
If you enjoy constant unwanted interruptions trying to scroll or send messages, then a Motorola phone comes highly recommended. If, however, like me, you just want to get on with whatever you picked up the phone to do, then don't touch it with a bargepole. I spent the first few days constantly having to disable unwanted notifications, the embarrassingly childish “Hello Moto", and apps, including those that threaten that disabling them might harm other functions. Yeah right.
Motorola Razr Fold avoid like the plague.
I purchased a Motorola Razr Fold World cup edition and it lasted as long as the World cup. It has a fatal flaw in that the inside screen has a small groove around the screen which traps dirt particles if these are hard like a grain of sand when it snaps shut it damages the screen leading to lines on the edge of the screen and flickering. Motorola specifically say you must not use a screen protector on the inside screen. I have had two Microsoft Duo folds ( The best phones ever created) and two google pixel Pro folds 9 and 10 none of these phones have had this problem. Microsoft has no bezel around the screens and Google pro folds have a larger bezel which protects against this. Motorola refuse to accept this and charged me £472 to repair a two month old phone.
The phone is not fit for purpose and neither is Motorola Customer services.
Stay away from this company
The worst customer service I've ever experienced
I bought a mobile phone for my son, and I realised it was the wrong model. I tried to cancel, but I wasn't able to log in to my account because my email address ends in co.uk and it's not recognised on log in. So I contacted customer service. I was then told my order was cancelled and the sales team would email me back with details. It didn't happen, I then received an email from UPS to inform me the phone would be delivered soon. I contacted Motorola again, I was then told there was a problem with communication and it was too late to cancel. I was instructed to refuse the delivery so it would be returned to motorola and a refund would be issued. Nothing happened. I contacted UPS and they said they need Motorola to authorise the return of the parcel. I contacted Motorola again I was told someone from sales would contact me nothing happened. I phoned customer service and was told it can take weeks and they don't know where my parcel is, the parcel I never open or even touched. I.am left with no money and no phone and their customer service can't care less. The worst company I have ever dealt with. More than 20 years I used Motorola products never again
DO NOT BUY A RAZR..
DO NOT BUY A RAZR... OF ANY KIND!!!!
I have been looking to buy one since the inception in 2020. As a long time Moto phone buyer, I finally bit the bullet with the Razr+ 2025 and it's new screen and hinge technology. Worst 800 bucks I ever lost. It started to come apart around the screen at the trim (after only nine months) and Moto takes the position that that means the customer is responsible for the damage. Not that this made in who knows where piece of shit is just not working out. They've been trying for 6 years. Time to call it crazy and give up Motorola! (Mind you, my last phone, a Moto G, was perfectly fine, with zero damage after SEVEN years. It was not damaged at all. I am very careful). Moto, you dumb asses, you just lost a customer since about 2008. Bye byeeeeee.
"HELLO MOTO" SOUND CONSTANTLY PLAYING ON MY PHONE. ATROCIOUS PHONE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Motorola force all their phones to have an extremely loud jingle followed with "hello moto" blaring out of your speakers as soon as you turn the device on. It doesnt matter if your phone is set to silent, or on do not disturb, this INCREDIBLY OBNOXIOUS clip plays and you cannot deactivate or delete the sound file from your phone.
WHY PUT THIS ON THE PHONES? WHO IS IT MEANT TO BE FOR? WHAT IS THE POINT OF IT???
I've lost count of the number of times in the middle of the night the phone has automatically updated and then restarted, waking the entire house up.
Its 2026. Why is there no option to delete this sound file! It's worse than when Apple forced users to have a U2 album on their phones.
STOP TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE MUGS. IT DOESN'T SERVE ANY PURPOSE HAVING THIS AUDIO CLIP BLASTING OUT OF THE SPEAKERS. READ THE ROOM. THE INTERNET IS FULL OF USERS LOSING THEIR MINDS OVER THIS AUDIO CLIP!!!!!

I have bought 2 Motorola phones in the last couple of months and they both have gone wrong. The speaker has stopped working in both cases. The seller Tesco Mobile has been very unhelpful. Do not buy anything from Tesco Mobile and don't buy a Motorola phone. Both useless. Stick to Samsung.
DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM MOTOROLA.CO.UK (please read)
DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM MOTOROLA.CO.UK
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
It's a scam company. I implore you, for your own peace of mind, do not buy phones from motorola.co.uk
If you look at the numerous reviews it's basically a massive scam. You buy a phone, after a few days they tell you that there are issues with the order and the delivery so you will never receive anything. Good luck getting a refund; your only option is to challenge the transaction with your credit card provider. If you paid with a debit card instead, I bet you've just been scammed and there's nothing you can do. Getting a refund from them for an item that was never delivered is impossible and they'll make up all sort of pathetic excuses.
You can email them, call them etc. They are utterly incompetent and they're all on this massive scam. If this was an isolated case, these things can happen. But look at how many reviews tell the exact same story! This is not an isolated case: Motorola is a scam company and run by thieves and villains.
If after reading this you still decide to buy a phone from them, well I don't know what to say. But you have been advised very clearly to stay away from these thieves by several reviews that all tell the same story.
If anyone from a consumer protection agency is reading this, please investigate this company for criminal behaviour, the evidence is overwhelming.
Avoid
I just wanted to say that I really regret not reading the Trustpilot reviews about Motorola before making my purchase. If I had, I probably would never have bought a phone from them.
On June 13, I purchased a phone, but due to UPS's failure to deliver the package, I never received it. The final delivery attempt took place on June 25, and on the same day the package was returned to the sender.
It has now been almost three weeks since then, and I am still waiting for a refund for a phone that I never even got to see. Customer support told me that I would only receive my refund once the phone had been returned to their warehouse. The problem is that no one can tell me whether the phone has actually arrived there. It feels like no one is even reading my messages.
If you have a choice, think twice before buying a phone directly from Motorola. My experience has been nothing but a waste of time, money tied up for weeks, and a great deal of unnecessary frustration.

Bought a few phones off them had a problem with my Razr fold, so i got a refund for it and purchased a new one, customer service was good on phone and by email.
will Definity be using Motorola for all my devices from now on
Horrendous returns
The phones are great, I've had them all my life, but their returns process is beyond a joke!
21/6/26 I ordered a phone. It was the wrong one, my kids were distracting me! It said you can cancel if it hasn't been processed yet, so I put in a ticket to cancel. Went on chat too, to reiterate my cancel request, next day I get a dispatch notification. Messaged again and they said to refuse delivery, which I couldn't because I was at work.
On arrival I immediately put in a ticket to return it, that was 3 weeks ago and I still have it. Multiple emails, including one that tells you to ignore the Lenovo ones that come through with postage labels (why even send them?!) I did chat on Thursday and was told I'd get a tnt label in a couple of days. Tuesday today and I've gone to chat again and they can't escalate it until tomorrow because it's still in the timeframe to get the TNT label (3weeks!!?)
Never buying direct again and may even switch brands entirely, what a horrendous returns process.and for such a big company too.
