I am absolutely impressed with this company and their customer service.
Unfortunately, my bag developed an issue with both the spring connection and the main clasp mechanism. I contacted customer service and sent photographs, and I was honestly amazed by how quickly, professionally, and kindly they handled the situation.
They reviewed the issue and, as the bag could not be repaired, offered to send me a replacement — and I don’t even need to return the damaged bag. This was such a thoughtful and customer-focused solution!
I really love my bag, so I’m incredibly happy to receive a replacement. But what impressed me the most was the level of care, understanding, and professionalism throughout the entire process.
This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like. They didn’t just solve the problem — they made me feel valued as a customer.
I will definitely be ordering from this brand again. In fact, I’m already planning to order a pair of shoes and another bag! ❤️

A wonderful experience with Flattered
I’ve had such a lovely experience with Flattered and wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with both the brand and the customer service.
I’ve been exploring the collection and had quite a few questions along the way, especially around sizing, fit and the Lisa Bowler Bag. Iry was incredibly patient, helpful and honest throughout, and took the time to answer all my questions and offer genuine advice. There was never any pressure to make a purchase, which made the whole experience feel very easy and personal.
I was actually going back and forth about whether to keep the Lisa Bowler Bag, but after trying it on again, I realized how comfortable it was and decided to keep it. The patience and understanding throughout the process were very much appreciated!
I’ve also recently purchased the Flattered Isa flats and two belts from my local Simons store, and I’ve been really happy with them. I’m enjoying discovering the brand and will definitely be looking at more Flattered pieces in the future.
It’s not often that customer service feels this genuine and personal. Iry has been wonderful to deal with from start to finish, and the kindness, patience and honest advice really stood out.

Jeg er overordnet meget tilfreds
Jeg er overordnet meget tilfreds, skoene var flotte men var for små så jeg sendte dem tilbage. Dog er deres Pick up af pakke med bring noget der ikke virker, jeg skulle selv printe retur label ud og så stod der de ville komme og afhente pakken indenfor 1 dag, de kom aldrig, og alt stod på svensk. Endte med at køre 15 minutter i bil for at komme til nærmeste bring drop off sted for at få den afsted. Jeg synes det er nice med Pick up, bare slet ikke på denne måde, budbee er langt bedre, kan selv vælge tidsslot og de printer label for mig, jeg skal blot stille pakken udenfor.

What is wrong with the sizing for this…
What is wrong with the sizing for this brand? I’ve had to send two pairs back that were a 39 because they fit like size 41s (2 sizes to big), so I ordered 38s. The 38s fit as though they are a size and a half too small. I’ve had to send all three pairs back.

The perfect clutch for style & quality
I have wanted to order a Clay clutch for so long but was not sure if it would be too big, ordering the biscotti in the sale was the right thing to do. It is perfect- the size is big enough to give an outfit the edge without looking too oversized/ the leather is butter soft- the quality is first class- and my next purchase will be the burgundy followed by either the chocolate or sand suede!

Really impressed with Flattered as a company and with the quality of their products. Their customer service is outstanding, they responded promptly and thoroughly to all of my questions about the Hedda bag. Once I placed my order, the bag arrived in Canada remarkably quickly.
I have been thoroughly enjoying both the Hedda bag and my Flattered leather mules, which I purchased through Simons in Canada. The leather quality and craftsmanship of both products are exceptional. Highly recommend this Swedish brand and glad that they ship to Canada.
