Jättenöjd med min väska. Toppenkvalitet i jämförelse med andra väskor jag beställde så valde jag att behålla den här pga att den kändes mest premium.

It’s a really nice bag and the fact that it is leather swayed me to buy it. I’m a bit disappointed at the size as it appears slightly bigger on the model and there’s minor peeling on the corners of the bag. Overall, lovely bag and I’m happy but I don’t think I’ll purchase again due to the quality.

Dear Taanisa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're pleased to hear that you love the design and leather quality of your bag. We're sorry, however, to learn that it did not fully meet your expectations.
The dimensions of each bag are listed on the product page to help customers choose the size that best suits their needs. That said, we're particularly concerned to hear about the peeling on the corners, as this is not the quality we expect from our products.
We would appreciate the opportunity to look into this for you. If you haven't already been in touch, please contact our Customer Experience team at support@flattered.com with your order details and a few photos of the affected areas, and we'll be happy to review this further.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us continue to improve.
Kind regards,
Flattered

I love my Flattered handbag and shoes
I love my Flattered handbag and the matching shoes. I bought them especially for a wedding in August and I am wondering, do I have to wait until then to use the bag?!
I looked at lots of bags in the UK before I selected this one. It is a little different in styling and I like that. It is certainly lovely soft leather with a good clasp. Both bag and shoes are good quality.

We are pleased to hear that you had a good delivery experience, but we are very sorry that the fit of this particular model did not work well for you. Finding the right fit can vary from style to style, and we understand how disappointing it is when a pair is not as comfortable as expected.
If there is anything we can do to assist you in finding a model that suits you better, our Customer Relations team would be happy to help.

Team Flattered
