Dreadful delivery and returns service
I ordered the item on Feb 9 but it did not arrive until Feb 25. I spent hours constantly chasing the delivery only to get conflicting replies, and the main problem appeared to be it was held in customs. When the item arrived it was a very different shade of brown when compared with the image on the website, so I returned it immediately (Feb 26). I now have the same delays with the return - the item is held at customs awaiting paperwork from Flattered. For a week I have been asking Flattered to send the returns paperwork to DHL, but nothing has happened (and took 3 days to even reply to my first enquiry). It is now a month since I paid for this item and I am no closer to my refund. Absolutely awful - and I am not confident the £337.50 I paid will ever be refunded.

I bought a pair of Alma boots and I love them. So comfy and stylish, works for every occasion. I had som problems with them after a few wears but thanks to Flattereds amazing team at Customer Service that problem could easily and nicely be solved. Flattered is a company who cares about their customers and also for the environment. I will definitely return for another pair of shoes when I am in need of one. Kvalitet och perfekt passform
Har beställt vid flera tillfällen och är supernöjd med kvaliteten på det jag fått. Ett extra plus är att tillverkning sker i Europa, Portugal och Spanien. Har storlek 41 och det har passat oavsett om det är kängor eller skor.

I owned the Alma boots a few years ago
I owned the Alma boots a few years ago, and they were absolutely my favourite. Because of that, I preordered the Assia boots in January and was really looking forward to this new style. Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t match my previous experience. The zipper supplier seems to have changed, the zipper is thinner and quite difficult to pull up. I wish I had ordered another pair of Alma boots instead.
