Alice's ooo auto-reply advised she was away and provided an email to her Team. I forwarded the email and Alicia Joshua responded very promptly with quotes. Our business was complete after just 3 emails. Alicia was very courteous and helpful and made it easy for us. And Alicia attended to it as if it was a huge booking.

The person who helped us, Juraj at Broadway, was extremely helpful. He understood exactly what we needed and could make suggestions that worked for us. We needed quite a lot of advice and he handled all of it, made it into a comprehensive list so we could understand it and see exactly what else we needed to do or not do.

Dane has been so helpful and accommodating for my upcoming trip! He has consistently kept us up to date and is prompt with replies.

I have booked with Todd at the Broadway shop a few times and always find him to be helpful. Nothing is too much of a hassle. His recommendations for accommodation or alternative itineraries is always spot on.
