Matthew Shea was an exceptional help. He made sure my qatar refund was promptly returned and I received it just in time for my new trip. Thankyou for suggesting I take a look at China during my layover Matt. Myself and a fellow Australian went to see the great wall. It was amazing. Thankyou for everything Matt!

Ross organised some very complicated itineraries very well. I loathe reviews that you insist on sending me. I think the interface Travel Centre use is clunky and the number of links and graphics on emails annoying. However, Ross at Hobart Travel Centre is so good we put up with the company driven stuff

Matt was extremely patient with my needs. He arranged the best international flights advised on best overnight stay and assistance at airports

I wont use them again. I complained to Alex who i booked throwing Hobart. He hasn't been any help. The hotel is a disgrace. I picked it because it was 5 star its lucky to be one star.

The room my shower flood whole bathroom. The breakfast lukewarm. I ordered room service for dinner and it also lukewarm. Mgr not interested in speaking with me. I booked from 2.10 to 25.10 I wish I had Not. The oriental restaurant food not that great very oily. The only good thing about the place is the staff they are nice, in particular at pool and in Shooters lounge. A special mention to Anthony if it wasn't for his hospitality I would be giving hotel one star. Room cleaning slow, rooms old bedside lamps hanging off wall. I have asked to speak with General manager 4 times Now but nothing. Hotel has WiFi but it is Not connected to tv. You have to use your own phone to stream anything. This is my 2nd trip to Juhu from Australia and this Hotel is 3 star at best. You are not allowed to bring in outside food so you are stuck eating poor quality lukewarm greasy dishes and food expensive compared to 5 star restaurants down the road.
I hqve Now had surgery and gave been told I cannot bring the breakfast to My room. Western woman on my own I Do not wish to be stared at by all the Men that seem to stay here looking at me like I am a Freak. The mgr wont soeak with me! The room is damp and so are my clothes after hanging in the closet. I wouldn't give this place One star! You cannot comment on their fb page Not surprising as there would be more bad comments! I cannot believe they are 5star

May Kelly dealt with my booking over the phone. She was very pleasant to speak to and was very efficient.

Sarah was on top of everything, as she was last year organising our trip to Europe. We've been with Flight Centre for nearly 20 years and Sarah is another example of well-trained, well-informed agents.

I was having trouble when using my usual airline website to organise a trip to Queensland. After trying a number of times over a couple of days with no success l called into a Flight Centre store when in the cbd for other business. The lady who looked after me was excellent and my whole trip, including travel insurance, was sorted in about 15 minutes, saving me a lot of anxiety, and also at a better price than l think l would have been able to secure by doing this on my own. I have used Flight Centre previously and l’ve always found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Returning home to Australia after 5 weeks. Thanks to the great work of Sarah Carter who helped us through a rather difficult flight experience - made our trip smooth and positive. Sarah really did pull out all
stops. This type of service really made Flight Centre the perfect choice.
