Apart from catching up with some great friends in Melbourne, the service and support from Flight Centre was impeccable.

Still a work in progress but Sophie is amazing. My Son and DIL are stuck in France and Sophie is endeavoring to find an airflight home due to conflict in Iran. Sophie is very caring and understanding of their situation, trying to find a solution

Ebony from the Flight Centre has been amazing booking our flights and transport and hotels to the USA. She saved us so much money by suggesting airlines and routes, and efficiently made an itinery change for us after our initial booking - no problem :)

She made me feel valued and supported, even when I needed to change the date and times of the flights numerous times. It didn't feel like anything was too much for her and she ensured I was not to feel guilty or bad to change something. We booked a trip to Malaysia with Ebony at Kalamunda. She could not have been more helpful.we never felt rushed at any time even when we changed one hotel .Excellent service.
