What made our experience great…. Moana… She was so helpful, answering any question I had and helping with any change when she could. She made the booking process easy and was so kind and understanding. We have booked 2 holidays through her so far and looking at booking more in the future. There would have been no way I could have booked them by myself without her help.

The service was excellent and the staff knowledgeable.

Kerri has been very efficient and proactive with supplying information and support.

We are 2 x 70+ year old women. The first thing that happened was- our travel agent Rubi failed to let us know of the Emigration Certificate , which we could have completed before we left Australia. We were assisted by KL airport staff & another 30mins of stress that could have been alleviated, we then found Rubi also didn't to book Transfers for us.
We were stranded in Kuala Lumpur at 8.30pm appox., after 18hrs travel to find we had no one to take us to our Accom. 2 women in our 70's!
We couldn't speak the language & nor could many of the Airport staff.
After 1hr we finally secured a Taxi & arrived at our accomodation around 10pm.
We were then told there was a Tax to pay ( which we also didn't now about).
WE had to arrange our own transfers in KL to the Airport for our next leg to Singapore & again at Changi airport to our Hotel.
For some strange reason, she DID book our transfer from our hotel in Singapore to the Airport.
We will not be using Flight Centre Springfield again & would not recommend it to anyone.
