Found flights that weren't available online
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly to myself and each other (when my agent was having difficulties with the system, another came over and fixed the issue). They were able to find better flights for me that were not available online too!

Fantastic flight centre

Faith Restored…
We had a disappointing experience at a Flight Centre office but as we had good prior experiences we decided to give the Stockland office a go. The staff member at that store completely restored our faith in Flight Centre, she was friendly and very efficient. Flight Centre also responded to our report of our disappointing experience with speed and efficiency. I feel in the age of online, AI etc large companies should do everything they can to retain exceptional staff and either retrain or help staff that might have problems.
