It was easy to book and confirm a flight, not to mention the price was phenomenal!

Their pricing data is not up to date. Booked flights through FlightGuru only to have it cancelled 2 hours later. What's worse though is that they still fully processed the charge to my credit card. While they state that it could take several days for a refund, the charge should have never been fully processed to begin with if they didn't even process the tickets. This place is shady.

I see the reply below, but want to reiterate. They didn't just place a hold on my card, they fully charged me even though they never completed a booking. I had to call a week later to inquire about my refund - it was not immediate.

Very easy to search for flights and we got great prices

My complaint is that I chose to select a seat preferences because I hate sitting in between people. A couple days after I booked I received an email saying I would be reimbursed for the seat preferences because they can’t do that at this time and I will have to get a seat selected at the airport. So now I can’t cancel my flight and rebook with another company. Last time something like this happened I was stuck in between two people on a long international flight. Praying there will be a window or isle seat available. But will never book with them again unless I can pick my own seats.
Edit: they contacted me and were able to get me set up with my seat preference. I really appreciate them getting in contact with me on this matter! Great customer service!

First time user. Site was easy and flight was a wonderful price. The ticket showed up on KLM site within a week and other information clearly stated. SO far five stars for ease of booking!

I will write again in May after I have taken the flight. I am a bit concerned about seat assignment being made at time of departure, and worried I will be bumped

I was looking for a last minute flight from Toronto to Houston. The other sites were giving me a price of at least 35% more. I booked with flightguru. Excellent experience.

I could not contact customer service two days ago due to technical glitch to inquire about a detail in my bill, and today, Mr. Zach, the manager, contacted me to answer my question; he also mentioned that the technical team is aware of the glitch and they will fix it. Mr. Zach was kind to give me his personal number to call if I have any problem with my flight booking with FlightGuru. My 5 stars for easy booking and customer care, and I surely recommend FlightGuru to my friends and relative.

You got us the flights we wanted although we were confused about the tax refund.

I'd give a 5 stars, but I've tried to call customer service to ask about a tax money taken and refunded the same day, my calls _ 5 times total, never get through. I was put on hold, but there was no music, no re-assurance messeges every now and then, just a dead silence, and I didn't know wherether I was still on hold, and so, I just simply gave up.

I didn’t like that the tickets are not confirmed at the price quoted! Unlike other websites where you confirm your reservation at the time of booking, here it’s a request and we landed up paying a lot more, if we wanted the seats!

Booked the wrong flight. They were able to change it and get me on the correct flight. Awesome customer service.
