Stolen money.
I want to warn everyone from this company! We tried to book tickets on their website and it said the transaction was declined. We tried to pay three times with three different cards in total. It said declined all times and we did not receive a confirmation. I later saw that money was reserved on two bank accounts. I contacted them and they sended me a cancellation and as the money was only reserved, they said we would get it back. A few days later the transactions went through and approximately 2470 dollars was payed to them. I contacted them several times and they were sometimes very rude and said I did not make a purchase despite the screenshots of the transactions. They even wanted me to book new tickets through a travel agent and pay even more. I have been in contact with my bank and they told me that I had to file a police report which I have done. I recommend everyone to file a police report if you got scammed by this company. I hope they shut down! Shame on you for not even trying to sort out the situation. This is clearly a scam or something is seriously wrong with their website. Either way, do not trust them!

caotic boarding, feels like you taking a crowded buss, Nobody taking its designated seat, and when they do, there is no space for handbagage, I sat in seat 15 and hade to put my bag near seat 28!

One of the worst Airlines, no refunds no ticket change, even if someone reserve a seat and pay extra the seat at check in is given to someone else ، the seats ist not comfey it is like a seat made of wood, delayed and cancelld all time or funny thing they relocate to another Airport and passengers must go there even if it is 300 km away or they will lose their money.
Overall do not book on this Airlines

خدمه مكتب الحجز في مدينه دوسلدورف جيده ومعامله جيده ايضا من كادر الموضفين في مكتب الحجز.في شارع كولن دوسلدورف الاخ لزكار ولكن تاخير في مواعيد اقلاع الطائره اخر سفره من كولن بون كان الانتظار ٣ ساعات !! على الاقل تقديم الماء للمسافرين او الاطفال تمنياتي في تحسين الخدمه اكثر والتزام في موعد الطيران. وشكرا

I flew with FlyErbil twice this year. I had a very good experience on both occasions. The airline improved a lot: the plane was in very good condition, the plane departed on time, the crew provided outstanding service and the check in went very smooth.

شركة لا أمان لها والخدمات سيئة لأبعد الحدود . واجهت مشكلة اضطررت فيها لإلغاء تذكرتي تواصلت معهم لألغائها ثم اخبروني بأنهم سيرسلونني المبلغ المتبقي حوالي ٣٠ يوم. وها قد مر على هذا الكلام حوالي ٣ اشهر. تواصلت معهم اكثر من ١٠٠ مرة وبالأخير وضحوها لي وقالولي لن ندفع لك.

Worst Airline EVER! Flight are getting cancelled everytime and every time they pay you back less than they should. They get vined everytime and they vine it on their customers aswell.. I was about to get €540 back but they gave back only €480. What should i do if you get fined? Dont charge it on the customers!! WORST AIRLINES EVER! Stay away from it!!

They are making fun of their customers! Let that be clear! They are a disgrace!
I had a flight scheduled on 31 December 2022 from Dusseldorf to Erbil at 13:30. When it was 13:15, the people came for 5 min. then they left. So we were left questioning why they left and why there was still no update. After one and a half hour, the people came back and called us to come and wait at the gate in a queue. In a bit, they then told us that the flight is canceled since a bird has gone into the turbine/engine of the plane and that it needs to be cleaned. They said that this will take 6 hours to be done, but they decided to postpone the flight to the next day, 1 January 2023, at 16:00. The supervisor told us to come back the next day back to the airport at 13:00 since the flight will leave at 16:00. They then told us we will receive our luggage back and to return tomorrow.
In addition, they recorded our phone numbers to contact us immediately when there is a new update, and to send us the new tickets, but they never reached out to us anymore till date!
Many people started yelling and shouting at them and it became quickly clear that many people have experienced this issue for many times with them! I don't understand why these people even booked again with them! Since after my experience, I will never ever fly with them again!
After many complains, the supervisor from FlyErbil said that the people who are far are requested to go to a hotel and bring back the invoice of the hotel to claim back the money, whereas the ones which were living/staying close to the airport could go back and return tomorrow. Because it was the evening of New-Year, we paid 159 Euro for the hotel per room (we booked two two-person rooms making it a total of 318), which is absurd and way too much, whereas a friend of us paid 179 for a room later on!
The next day, we went back to the airport around 12:00, and there we heard from several people that they called the supervisor and he said that the flight will be postponed to 22:00 tonight because the issue is not fixed. They were so-called planning to send a plane to Dusseldorf to pick us up and bring us to our destination as they promised. However, around this time they said that they need two hours to give a final solution and 100% confirm the final decision.
People called here and there several offices, the ones in Dusseldorf, Amsterdam, Erbil, they gave all the same updates. However, the Dusseldorf office (which has three phone numbers) closed their phone line directly around 12:30 and did not open it anymore at all!!! How can a customer service be like this!!!!
After waiting for two hours, with excessive calling for updates towards Erbil's office, the final decision was that the entire flight is scrapped and that people can get their money back for the segment of Dusseldorf-Erbil. Many people where therefore obliged to book a new flight! Everyone knows that if you book last-minute flights, you will spend a lot of money! So first, they made fun of their customers by trolling them and lying to them by giving them false hopes, then everyone who was included within that flight has lost significant amounts of money!
Giving back only the flight segment of Dusseldorf-Erbil is nothing! All of us there spend quadruple the worth of this ticket!!!!!!! We are talking about the costs of going and leaving the airport, the last-minute ticket prices we booked from other airlines, the meals we had in the meantime, train-ticket/taxi-fare prices, the hotel costs we have encountered, and many more!
They are a scandal! This airline should be closed! Their reputation is only going backwards! Everyone in my close surrounding warned me for flying with them but I was too stubborn to listen!
