The dirtiest airline in the world the stewardess are unfriendly the safety precautions are not observed everything dirty the seats hard 5 hours suffer pure never again

De er ALTID forsinket og flere gange med mere end 1 hel dag. Ingen information, så du skal være i lufthavnen selvom de er flere dage forsinket, da du kan risikere at de flyver uden dig. Og du får hverken ny billet eller refunderet dine penge.

De har nu snydt mig for 2 billetter uden jeg får refunderet noget som helst og det er sidste gang jeg bruger det her L.O.R.T.E firma..

They ruined the entire holiday for my family. They are not trustworthy at all and they will tell you about your flight being cancelled while at bag drop off point at the airport. The staff are disrespectful and awful when dealing with costumers, the food provided on the plane is disgusting. To conclude, there is nothing good about this airline. They think they can get away with everything just because they are not an European established airline. Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from this airline.

I was at the airport working there If this woman who can't even speak Kurdish she's disrespectful if you don't feel like sending them away she won't help you further shame on you broke fly erbil! there were Kurdish employees who helped us with love! I hope change will come! wall for the rest excellent Kurdish employees proud of you!

Over 8 timers forsinkelse

3 timer før afgang får vi besked på Whatsapp med vores fly er forsinket i 4 timer. Da vi møder op i lufthavnen viser det sig, at flyet først er klar til afgang 8 timer senere end planlagt tid.

Hold jer lang væk fra flyerbil - virkelig amatør selskab, som ikke har styr på deres arbejde.

Jeg finder senere ud af, at det ikke er første gang men en gentagende problem.

By far the most worst airline ever. They let us wait for 30+ hours at the airport without any answers. When we entered the aircraft the plane didn’t have electricity? Im sorry but what kind of a airplaine doesn’t have electricity. This was the worst experience in my life and I wish this company will burn to the ground. They are money stealers. Please never use FlyErbil!!
