We moved from another unit a few years ago as Fox was cheaper and closer to us and we've been with them ever since. Ali, Colin and Sue are all lovely and friendly and I always enjoy a quick chat with them each time I visit. They have gone above and beyond to help me at times and their prices are very competitive so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Fantastic service
The 2 guys working were brilliant! I was very last minute booking a storage space and turned up early in the morning, the man did everything so I could use my storage space straight away. I've been back and forth a few times since and the same 2 guys are usually there, they are really friendly and always have a nice chat with them.

An excellent service from a very friendly and polite team. They were very helpful throughout the move into temporary rented accommodation and made it all go as smoothly as it could.

Fox Storage Bristol - great for our needs
Sue and the team are incredibly friendly and helpful. Made signing up and finding the right unit easy.
The units are so well kept, no damp, no danger to any of our belongings.
The units are perfect for our needs, long term storage. The hours might not suit everyone, but we didn't need 24hour access. The team made sure we had the right unit for our gear, helped us upgrade to bigger storage when needed.

Very easy to visit the self storage unit. Could rely on them to tell me if there was anything wrong. Always reminded me when they were about to take my pay me t by direct debit. Staff very pleasant to deal with.

I needed storage for a short time as I…
I needed storage for a short time as I relocated from Hamble-Le-Rice to Totton Southampton. This was perfect location for me to keep stuff until I could complete my move.
The staff were amazing, so very helpful and always so cheerful. It made it a pleasure each time I went in to the storage lockup. Top marks for a clean tidy set up and and staff.
I would totally recommend them on all counts.

I can’t recommend Fox Storage more highly. The staff have been so cooperative and helpful in every way. The spaces are clean dry and very easy to access. I wouldn’t use any other company.
