Fresher Start- End of Tenancy Cleaning Avaliações

Do not use.
I had a very disappointing experience with Issly Task. I booked a professional end of tenancy clean, but the results were far from acceptable. The property was left in a poor state, with multiple areas clearly not cleaned to the standard promised. Despite raising my complaint within the agreed timeframe, the response has been slow and unhelpful.

Given the price and the expectations set, I’m extremely dissatisfied and will not be using their services again. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Fabulous company to work with. Mandela did an amazing moving in clean for us. She also cleaned rugs and upholstery, oven and a fridge freezer left by previous owner. House looked great. We will be using again for our end of tenancy clean.

Amazing job done by David and his colleague. They were very professional, really pleasant to deal with. And the end result was superb. The property was cleaned to the perfection. I highly recommend them.

Incredible end of tenancy clean by Teodora and team. I have to say we don't know how they did it and have asked for their secrets! Limescale, grease and stubborn deposits that had been ground in by neglectful previous tenants and that we had tried to tackle over the years were removed from toilets, ovens, extractor fans, glass...everything left gleaming and good as new! They even reached cobwebs high up in a large conservatory that we were sure would be missed. Truly the best clean I have ever seen.

They were very communicative and very thorough. I was impressed with the results !

With every tenancy clean, there’s that panic that it won’t be to the standard it’ll need to be but this service was fantastic!
EVERYWHERE was clean including on top of the cupboards (always somewhere cleaners forget) and the oven was immaculate! Would definitely recommend!

David was extremely diligent with the cleaning. 5 star

Issly did an amazing job on our end of tenancy clean.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent clean, friendly staff and super efficient! Definitely would recommend.

We used Issly for our end of tenancy clean. Whole process was smooth from start to finish. Affordable quote and they did a fantastic job, meant we got our full deposit back! Super pleased with the service - oven was sparkling, something I was never able to achieve when living there! Thank you.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. The team was thorough, professional, and paid attention to every detail. The place looked and smelled so clean, and we are very pleased. The service was efficient and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend!

Excellent service, both cleaners were exceptionally professional and hard working. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Outstanding Service After a Rocky Start!
I got the keys to my new apartment and was horrified at its condition. Due to illness, I couldn’t handle the cleaning myself, so I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who kindly squeezed me in at short notice.

Enter David and his team, only to discover there was no electricity or hot water as the gas and electric had been cut off! David went above and beyond by explaining how the meter works and confirming the utilities were disconnected. He even suggested it might be best to reschedule since the lack of electricity could affect their ability to clean thoroughly.

Thankfully, once the issue was resolved, David and his team got to work—and WOW! The transformation was incredible. The apartment went from being an unlivable mess to a place I’m now proud to call home.

David’s professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to assist beyond expectations truly made a stressful situation manageable. I cannot recommend this team enough and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Thank you, David—you exceeded my expectations and turned my day around!

I recently had an end of tenancy clean, and David did the most incredible job! It looked brand new- never been lived in. His oven and fridge cleaning was on another level! Thank you so much to David and his colleague! I would have never have been able to get it to that level of cleanliness!

David and his team completed an outgoing tenancy clean for us a few weeks ago and did a great job, communicated well and the house was sparkling clean

David and his team left the flat sparkling for the end of tenancy clean which we were reluctant to book but so glad we did in the end. They went above and beyond even helping me with something heavy down the stairs that I couldn't manage. Thank you and will update if anything further down the line changes from brilliant service we have had so far.

AVOID - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Easy enough to book and take your money but not so keen to deliver the service they promise.
Substandard cleaning, not cleaning surfaces, not cleaning within ir around furniture, refusing to uphold their guarantee of a reclean within 5 days.
Absolutely terrible service - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Teddy and her team were absolutely amazing! The flat is all shining. They worked super hard and always with a smile. Super recommendable.

David and his team were absolutely brilliant and made our end of tenancy clean such a breeze. Everything was done to such a high standard and there was nothing we felt needed to be done after they left! The booking process was so easy and they were super quick to respond to emails. Would highly recommend!!

David and his team did a wonderful job cleaning my flat (which had been left rather dirty by previous tenant). Everything is sparkling... the kitchen, oven, bathroom, skirting boards, windows, furniture. It was everything I hoped for and more, would definitely use again and highly recommend! Kelly
