I have no indication of when my order will be shipped and I have written to customer service and been ignored. Wondering whether this is real or a scam.

The chair took a while to arrive and there was slight damage to the wood on the outside frame. Otherwise it’s comfortable to use, thank you.

Really good will order again

This company send fake crystals which are actually just lumps of salt in a glass jar. Total scam and false advertising. I emailed them multiple times for a refund, eventually received a reply saying a refund would be issued, still have not received any refund and that was nearly 3 weeks ago. Definitely would not recommend this company.

I have had a terrible service.
The product I ordered looked such low quality compared with the images on line I have tired to email to ask for a refund 3 times and no one has responded to my emails.
I will never order from this website again.

Ordered Nordic spider light , came through with ok timing considering from China, no electrical connectors included in package luckily my father is an electrical engineer and we could sort it out. Also in advent says nylon cable but it’s not it’s plastic. Very disappointed. Also ordered a wall hanging that was good quality and exactly what I expected

You can ignore my review. I can’t even remember what I bought from Frisson Home. I’m just responding as I hope it will stop me from receiving repeated emails to review my purchase.

I haven’t received my order yet and have queried it and have had no reply.

The kneeling chair cost £90 it would be useful to have better instructions in English as they aren’t clear, I didn’t have the screws as listed but thankfully managed to construct the chair. The seat cushion has been crudely stapled and some of it wasn’t secure on arrival. The quality is not at all as anticipated. I haven’t written this earlier due to being very busy with work and suffering with sciatica so in pain. I’ve hardly used the chair so feel it’s been a waste of money. You need much better QA. I ordered a kneeling chair before Christmas. It arrived with the box open and when we tried to assemble it the two pads for the knees were missing. I have tried repeatedly to contact Frisson by email and on Instagram to have these missing knee pads replaced but they never reply. I’m getting ready to throw the whole thing out and chalk it up as a big mistake.

Ordered a spider light that arrived in pieces. You have to file for a return request, only you can't. Several emails, Facebook messages and even tried calling the phone number (no one answers) Customer service is absolutely none existant and I'll now have to go through my cc company to try and get a refund.

Due to strange times delivery was a bit slow, and the tapestry I ordered had varieties of sizing but wouldn’t give me an option to choose. So when I ordered, I assumed it would be pretty big considering the picture. But when it arrived, it was quarter the size I expected which left me a bit deflated. Other than the sizing problems, the quality is still really good and I’ve made do with it.
