Terrible service and only when I chased for my item on numerous occasions was I told it had been lost! Awful automated responses and certainly not a positive experience at all.

My experience with Frissonhome was unsatisfactory. I ordered two items, both took long time to be delivered to me, they arrived on separate dates (3 weeks difference between each other) and one of the items ordered wasn’t what I paid for. I paid extra money to receive a lovely beautiful large tray and arrived to me the smaller version of the tray. I won’t use Frissonhome again because the delivery service is terrible. I have to say that the quality of the product is good.

Items arrived well packed took a little longer than expected but with the times we are in I understood why . The items themselves were lovely as described . Quality was excellent good quality materials used .

Really enjoying the chair, good materials and would recommend. As the products arrive from China, you have to have a little patience with the delivery but there is a good tracking system in place and can always check where the item is. It probably took just over a week for me which isn't bad at all.

Still have not received product and no updates on delivery !!!

The Kneeling chair is remarkable, it is full of design and I like it very much. The delivery was excellent!

I bought a Kneeling chair, the quality is very good. I was afraid of the shipping before I placed an order, but the item arrived quicker than I thought. I will buy here again when I have a need.

Was not aware of the long delivery time. Took 4 weeks to receive product

Ordered a moon lamp humidifier it arrived all looked good but on up packing the stand had a piece missing I have emailed customer services 3 times now to get the other pieces sent to me but well over a month now and no sign of the part I need to be able to use the moon lamp. Very disappointed will never buy from them again.

My PC chair was delivered damaged and when I tried to contact them, the phone number on the website went nowhere. It took 2 months of emails and applying to Visa for my money back, before they could be bothered to respond. And when they did respond they tried to mess me around with all sorts of irrelevant requests so as to avoid taking any appropriate action - either a refund or a replacement chair.

In the end Visa refunded my payment and I’ve heard nothing further from this company!

Would not recommend anyone buy from them, based upon my experience.

Great quality basket bought it for my hallway looks lovely, would buy again from Frissonhome

Product has not arrived despite being ordered over 2 months ago. No contact from the company with an explanation or update. Customer service email address doesn’t go anywhere / no response.

Have asked for a refund and will be cancelling the item via PayPal. Even if the item turns up I’ll be sending it back
