I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered. A few days after my order was due, I embarrassingly asked my friend if they received them and they did not.
Upon chasing up this company they said the delivery driver noted my friend had been discharged from hospital (which they had not).
I have spent from the 20th of March until 7th April following up and asking for my order to be refunded. The terrible flowers, with a jar in a box with a teddy bear (I did not ask for) turned up at my home address two days ago. What a waste of money - I would have been even more embarrassed if this delivery was received by my dear friend.

Avoid this company.

They advertised a specific product with a promised delivery date, but only after I placed the order did they inform me they couldn’t supply the product or meet the agreed timeline.

I contacted customer support immediately and made it clear that the substitute product and revised delivery date were not acceptable. I was assured at the time that a full refund would be issued.

Instead, I’ve now been given store credit—something I neither requested nor agreed to.

At this point, I consider the charge unauthorised. Their customer service is unresponsive. I'll be reporting their practices as fraudulent. If you value your time and money, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company.

This company is a SCAM, steer clear if you don’t want to be robbed.
I placed an order on March 24th for delivery on the 25th. Despite several emails and phone calls the order is yet to be delivered. Emails have been ignored and phone calls deliberately disconnected. They boast same-day delivery and quality service yet provide neither.

Absolutely horrible service. They took my order, I received an email confirmation for the next-day delivery, and they called me on the day of to say they were not able to deliver. VERY DISAPPOINTED! DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER YOUR SPECIAL OCCASION FLOWERS!

Ordered same day delivery flowers for my grandmother who was having emergency surgery. I ordered at 9am with an “order before 2pm for same day delivery” guarantee. The flowers were not collected until almost 4pm, and my order status changed to “will be delivered tomorrow”.

I reached out to customer service to clarify what was going on and never heard back.

The flowers then apparently sat in a courier van overnight before being delivered to the hospital 2 hours after my grandmother was discharged and sent home the next day. The photo the hospital reception sent through showed a sad bunch of wilted flowers that looked nothing like the picture online.

Spent $100 for a bouquet of weeds to be thrown in the bin on arrival. A waste of time and money.

SCAM!!! I ordered flowers for valentines day for my partner in Australia, however, the flowers were never delivered. I have emailed them multiple times with no answer what so ever.

Ordered flowers on 26th February for delivery on 2nd March. Delivery has still not arrived, emails are returned as undeliverable, live chat is impossible I’ve been on it for days all I get is “ please wait” they have taken my $93 and supplied nothing. I m on holiday from UK and return in a few days. This company has just robbed me of my money

Do not trust this company. Totally misrepresents where they are from. Do not deliver the order and then proceed to say they try to contact you. No contact was ever made. Totally unreliable.

Such a scam. Bought the largest bouquet almost 95 AUD and a large box of chocolate + some chocolate truffles. Total order 144 AUD. It was a birthday surprise for my sister as we cant be together for her big day. I live in Denmark and she lives in Australia.

My sister received a tiny bouquet of flowers and some chocolate and crackers. Nothing like what I had ordered.

Dont use this scam website. You will be disappointed and you will pay too much.

Overall I'm happy with my experience . Ordered on 10th feb to be delivered 14th feb. They tried to contact me as the flowers I bought weren't what was delivered but i didnt get back to them so its not their fault. They were irises but instead I got different coloured roses. Im happy though, as my partner still got flowers on valentines day/anniversary and they sent roses very similar in colour to irises and they were more expensive on the website. Someone at the warehouse made the right call so thankyou. My only gripe is that tracking on shop is terrible. It still says awaiting information even though they have been delivered. I was worried nothing was going to turn up. Flowers were also fresh and nicely presented
