Great Service
Check in was super easy! I had no problems with the apartment during my stay. They provided me with everything I needed (sheets, kitchen utensils, hangers, etc.) Would definitely use furnished quarters again!

I have been a guest at The Phillips…
I have been a guest at The Phillips Club for several months in a one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and daily housekeeping service. There is a staffed reception desk in the lobby as well as personnel who bring luggage, and other items to the rooms. The entire staff that I have had interactions with could not be nicer or more accommodating.
Lincoln Center is right across the street as are bus stops and a subway station.
In considering this accommodation, keep in mind that there is no dedicated restaurant nor meeting facilities, but there is a gourmet market right next door and numerous restaurants at various price points in the immediate area, most of which deliver
If you are looking for this type of accommodation, based on my experience,I recommend the Phillips Club without hesitation

Convenient location, poor service experience
Move in was super smooth. Staff was incredibly responsive and helpful and kind. Things went sideways when I lost a key. After the lock was changed, I got an invoice for $375 . There was a lot of back and forth, and I finally looked up the lease where it very clearly states a lost key is $250. Staff again tried to say I owed $375, and only relented when asked to point out a spot in the lease that would provide for that. Given the price point, all of this was disappointing.
Overall, 199 Mass is an old building and the furniture provided by FQ was fine but not great. The location is super convenient but value for money is questionable, especially when I throw in the experience with the lost key.

Good Experience
It was easy to move in and settle down in the apartment. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, but the apartment dryer was broken although the details stated in building w/d. Would definitely use them again though!

I stayed at 10 Hanover Square in the Fiancial District of New York and really enjoyed the area. Safe, easy to walk anywhere and close to so many great restaurants and a great street called Stone St. The building was great with a great friendly staff and my apartment had in-suite laundry and was a great size clean one bedroom. I highly recommend it! Thank you

We have stayed with FQ a few times but…
We have stayed with FQ a few times but this time we were some what disappointed as the apt was not completely ready for us and they had maintenance work going on the day after we picked up the keys.
But i want to write a special review for the great customer service I received from Mr. Jose Francisco Torres. He was the only one who was extremely polite and always got back to me with any assistance I needed. I would give him a five star review for excellent customer service. Thank you Jose

Everything was great. From check-in until checkout everything was perfect. No complaints at all. I had one issue with the television and it was resolved the next day.
