Everything was great
Everything was great. From check-in until checkout everything was perfect. No complaints at all. I had one issue with the television and it was resolved the next day.

Housekeeping pre move in needs a bit…
Housekeeping pre move in needs a bit more detail. There was hair in the bed and something spunky on an outlet by the desk. The mid stay clean was a very nice refresh. The other unfortunate mishap was with one older security guard on a few occasions my apartment mates and I would realize she took her job way too seriously. I would try to speak with her about an interaction with parking and she treated me at the gate like I was intentionally doing something wrong. While I was just trying to explain that I was attempting to be honest. Anyway as a 50yr woman it was quite alarming that she just came across harsh. Other interactions with all other security guards were professional, helpful and kind.

An incredible experience
The apartment was beautiful and way ahead of any AIRBNB or VRBO I have ever stayed in. The customer service was outstanding and we have had this same experience every time we have worked with them.

Overall nice property but still work to do
I stayed at Longfellow for 5 weeks while in town for school. Overall, the apartment and staff were nice. However, I did have issues with my heater from the first week till the day I left. I had Maintenace come out multiple times and the issues were never resolved. I finally just gave in and toughed it out for the last 1.5 weeks I was there. I will say the furniture and appliances were all very nice and up to date.

Clean comfortable Murray Hill Studio
Our FQ Studio in Murray Hill provided a great location and a clean and comfortable base for a month of exploring NYC. The unit was adequately furnished, with enough kitchen gear to get by -- we don't come to New York to do a lot of cooking. Linens are clean and ample. Building staff is friendly and helpful (the toilet float valve failed; building staff installed a new one in 45 minutes).

Packages were impossible to get
Packages were impossible to get. Walls were paper thin and no policing of vehicles with illegal mufflers in the area at all hours of the night. You could hear everything above you including their intimate life. Construction took place at all hours of the day, with no notification of when and how long. It made parking impossible and dangerous. No one ever answers the phone or call back. Just about the only helpful person was the maintenance guy. Living in the apartment with a child was impossible due to all of the very loud noises at all hours of the day and night.

We were very happy with the assistance offered to us during our stay.
The apartment was clean and functional with the exception of a light bulb in the kitchen and the dryer that did have a small problem, both situations were taken care by the customer service.
My suggestion is that there should be an investment in furniture ( living room, dining table and the rooms).
Besides that all was very good!!!.
I definitely will recommend to my friends and family.
Next time I will definitely will stay here again.

Loved my Furnished Quarters stay at 600…
Loved my Furnished Quarters stay at 600 Washington. The location and accommodations were perfect for my needs. My apartment was clean, modern and very well equipped. Would not hesitate to rent through Furnished Quarters again, especially at 600 Washington. The building is clean, safe and they have unbelievably friendly and helpful staff working there.

I like the amenities of the building…
I like the amenities of the building and apartment. I don’t like the fact that there is not always Doorman on duty so the security of the building is very lack and I don’t like the fact that they were numerous things that were not working properly in the apartment such as air conditioning, etc.. but on the whole this is a very nice building and a very nice apartment.
