We had a great stay
We had a great stay. As an improvement I suggest to update the kitchen and bathrooms it is truly worthwhile since the apartment is very nice and comfortable.

Inside the building is great especially the gym!! Omg. I loved the gym.
The apt had everything we needed there and very comfortable to stay. Staffs were also super friendly and helpful!
The only thing is where it’s located. We couldn’t go out at night to take a walk or anything… super scary with crazy people on the street lol

overall thge apt was nice. i disliked that i was promised washing machine in the apt and gym included to be met with a cost for gym and amenities afterwards. The bathroom was really below par, where the shower head looked moldy.

Awesome, but one thing...
The whole experience was great but for one item. THE BEDS! They were so uncomfortable that it really kept me from securing a second and third month. The staff, location, EVERYTHING else was awesome!

The apartment was great. I loved the amenities. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was perfect. It was a great size apartment. I loved having the balcony. And the concierge was also really friendly. Very welcoming and helpful the whole time.

The location was excellent though my…
The location was excellent though my studio faced the street which was very noisy.
The studio also was lovely, the gym , rooftop garden and doormen excellent.
2 lights were not operational when I moved in but I did ask them to be fixed 2 weeks before my departure as it was getting dark in the evening and my email s were not replied to so whilst customer care excellent in the beginning it was non existent from Furnished Quarters towards the end.

Overall, a very positive stay
The location was good, and view was lovely. The highway was a little noisy at night particularly. The dishwasher and Aircon weren’t working correctly, and the maintenance people were responsive and resolve the issues quite quickly. The Concierge service was very, very helpful.
I would’ve liked to have had more cleaning service however the rates were cleaning were unreasonably high – $350 for three hours.
Update: thanks for your response. The information I was given at the time or request was quite specific that it was for 3 hours, as I asked for details. $350 for 2 x a month still seems high imo tbh.

The rate you were quoted for housekeeping would have been bi-weekly, which means the housekeepers would have visited twice during your stay to fully clean your apartment, including a linen exchange on the bed and towels. Our rates are not based on an hourly rate but on the frequency of the service requested. Please accept our apologies if this information was not previously conveyed. We hope you will choose Furnished Quarters for any future stays.

I used your service prior to covid. At that time, every two weeks the apartment was cleaned and the bed made with clean sheets. That service was not mad available this time.

The change to not include housekeeping automatically was made during COVID-19 since many individuals did not want anyone entering their living spaces. Like many other providers, Furnished Quarters continued this practice and offered housekeeping as an add-on. Please be aware that adding housekeeping is always an option for future stays. We hope that with this understanding, you will choose to stay with Furnished Quarters in the future.
A small home away from home.
The space was well appointed and stocked. Everyone in the building was welcoming and took their jobs seriously. Furnished Quarters employees were responsive when needed. I would use the company again.

Very-well presented with all details as advertised.
All pre-arrival details handled with care.
Apartment was clean, bright and well-laid out. Household linens all very crisp or fluffy.
Concierge staff helped with laundry details and laundry baskets in the apartment worked very well.
Kitchen equipment was good. User instructions for kitchen appliances would have helped, but we managed.
Seamless and easy departure.
We were extremely happy with location and style of the apartment. We would repeat.

I asked if there would be any stairs to get to my unit on the first floor (since I have an infant baby and need to use a stroller often) and the rental company told me there were not since we are on the first floor. Turns out there are around 10 steps to get up to the first floor from the entrance.

The overall experience was quite good
The overall experience was good. The management was very responsive. The downstairs wasn't as clean as it could have been. The dryers in the building didn't work but were in the process of being replaced.

Suggestion
The apartment is really nice – it has an amazing location, is very comfortable, and the building is beautiful and modern.
I have one suggestion: improve the delivery and return process for the key. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there was no record of my booking, and I was initially told I might have fallen victim to a fake website scam, even though I had all the necessary rental documents.
