Senem from Galya health was so helpful and amazing. I was organizing my trip from Aotearoa/New Zealand and travelling to Istanbul for surgery.

Senem is always happy to answer any questions, and goes out of her way to make you feel safe and at ease. The care and kindness shown to us by Galya Health and Senem was very reassuring.

All of your testing is done on the day of surgery and they are extremely thorough to make sure you will receive the best outcome for you.

I had a 10/10 experience travelling to Istanbul, Turkey for gastric sleeve surgery, all organised by Senem from Galya Health. The whole process was very straight forward and I received so much support from Senem and her team as well as the hospital staff, everyone was absolutely lovely. 100% would defs recommend.

Flying across the world for surgery wasn’t something I took lightly but my whole experience with Galya Health was absolutely AMAZING. The level of care I received from pre op tests, surgery and post op was top notch!!! Senem has been absolutely the best, from first contact right through to 7 weeks post op and still in communication and checking in. Feeling amazing and easily the best decision I made for myself. Everything was smoothe from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Surgeons and nurses were really caring and made sure we felt safe especially as foreigners to Turkey.

Having major surgery is scary enough but having it in a foreign country where English isn’t commonly spoken made it next level. Galya Health especially Senem made the whole process easier, right from when I started messaging her about wanting the surgery. I ended up having appendicitis just before my first surgery date and she was happy to move things around to accommodate. Three months later I had surgery and am now, five weeks post op and have no regrets! Thanks for making the process easy!

I don’t know where to start there’s to much love and appreciation I have for the beautiful Senem & her team at Galya Health.
But I do want to say something more so on a personal level.
From a Māori perspective we hold our values to a high standard as people. Senem is more like family, us kiwis have now officially adopted her and have claimed her as our own sister.
We love how she treats our people when they are in her care. Whenever in doubt she’s always there to support protect and awhi our whanau.

From my first contact with Senem at Galya Health, I felt comfortable and trusted them fully. Senem, was always a message away, checking in on me and making sure I had all the support I needed.

From the time of initial contact, leading up to departure from your home country to arrival in Istanbul, every detail regarding your bariatric surgery is taken care of. Airport transfers, accommodation, pre&post op checks,all managed by Galya Health. If you want a stress free experience, Senem at Galya Health is your go to.

I can’t recommend Senem at Galya Health enough. The service provided from day one was exceptional, I had the best support and still have all the support from them post surgery. Anyone thinking of going to Turkey for bariatric surgery is in very good hands with Senem Galya health.

I travelled from New Zealand all the way to Istanbul, Turkey to Galya Health for Surgery. Right from the first contact with Senem (who organised everything) , she was always easy to contact to answer any questions and still is to this day (post-op).
The staff, right down to the cleaners were all easy to deal with and friendly. Might be back in a couple years ;-)
