We had an emergency this morning as we woke up to our drain overflowing in the garden. I called Saleh and explained our situation, and he was able to come out within just a few hours. He explained the situation to us and was able to clear our drains in no time.

I appreciated how conscientious he was as well, for example rolling our carpet up so it wouldn’t get dirty and informing me before opening the front door to make sure our pets wouldn’t run out. He also helped clean up our garden area as it was covered in waste that had overflow from the drain.

Overall, Saleh did an amazing job and was incredibly professional. I’d highly recommend him!

Excellent service. Reliable, punctual and very good at his job

A week ago I called up and arranged the repair which was scheduled for today at 11am. I sent photos, address and everything seemed to be fine. This morning I texted the guy and he confirmed today's visit for 11 am / 12 pm. Past 12pm he did not show up and I texted him asking if he was any close to my place, but received no reply. At 13:30 I called him, only to find out he was sleeping. He apologised, while I had made special arrangements with my family and lost a day staying at home and waiting for a job that has never been carried out.
