Royal Mail tracking information is not supplied when parcel is dispatched. This is extremely irritating: Firstly, I may be out (quite likekly when RM tries to deliver) and, secondly, I may not wish my partner to see what toy I am buying. Gaugemaster stocks a great range of model railway stuff, but buying on-line from them is a last resort due to the above issue. The goods themselves are well packed and are as described. This is not a one-off issue, but a repeated one.
p.s. If an invoice can be emailed (in which I have little interest) as my transaction is a B2C and not a B2B one, why not send tracking info at the same time?

Very helpful advice on the phone. Placed the order about midday, and all the items arrived well packaged at 11.00 the next day. Brilliant service.

The items were easily found on Gaugemaster's website, complete with full item details. The items were sent postage free and received within a week. Thank you Gaugemaster,

30 year old model D controller returned for repair under lifetime warranty. Repaired and returned within a week. Unbelievable service.

Thank you all so much.

Good quality products reasonably priced and very speedy delivery. Much appreciated.

Excellence service, I order a Christmas wagon from you every year and never been let down.

My order arrived promptly, and beautifully packed, and, best of all - Gaugemaster use Royal Mail for their deliveries! (In my own experience RM are reliable, which is a significant plus over some 'delivery' outfits I could name!)

Great price, communication and service and free delivery is always a bonus.

Delivered on time, good packaging.

Great shop, well worth a visit (right next to Ford railway station), and the shop service is matched by the online service. A great range of models and accessories, and very fast delivery.

A reliable company, fast shipping, well-packaged. I've ordered from them twice. I recommend them. AR

if you have a problem they will help you with advice always good delivery good company thankyou

Good price reliasble service and prompt delivery

Great service, fast delivery, well packed. Super kit subject and a keen price, recommended !

I have been dealing with Guagemaster (now Modelgiant) for about two years now and can only speak very highly of them. Fast delivery and free p&p makes ordering simple. Any out of stock items follow very quickly with no extra hidden charges for shipping. Prices are very competitive and my recent purchase had better value for money items than many other companies selling similar products. Many were quality brands such as Faller and Noch making very good products.Packaging is always excellent and they use brown paper as a filler to create buffering for items ordered. I have been using this in making my scenery rather than newspaper as it is very strong in a couple of layers.Excellent communication from start to finish of an order.Always a thank you for your business email.

I got a really good price (£70 off the RRP) for the loco and the Delivery service which was free was fairly quick
