Great products with free delivery, what’s not to like? Customer service is excellent and the train tech products Gaugemaster are supplying are well worth a look.

New to the hobby after 40 years. Purchased from Gaugemaster based on previous reviews and members of the model railway club I’ve joined. High quality products that are reasonably priced and ease your f process from ordering to delivery. Can thoroughly recommend.

Had order confirmation on 5th Feb saying in stock. When I contacted them on the 12th I was told it's on back order. NO NOTIFICATION THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND PUT ON BACK ORDER. Missed out on buying elsewhere as now out of stock everywhere.

I order by phone. They can tell if in stock immediatly and although I am 200 miles away I usually get items the next day. Large stock and I can check on line if in stock before ordering. Very patient as a couple of times I got the wrong part numbers but they found the items I wanted.

Nice and easy to read there internet catalogue.
My order arrived at speed, faultlessly.
There will be more orders as the layout progresses

Great service as always. Would highly recommend.

This is the first time I’ve used Gaugemaster, but not the last!, I found the website really easy to use and found that the products I ordered were really competitively priced. I felt that the 10% discount over the Christmas period was a superb promotion and feel that free delivery if you spend over £25 is absolutely brilliant. I’m really happy with my purchases and the service received from Gaugemaster.

Fast and well packaged delivery.Easy to deal with, highly recommend, excellent service, thank you.

Excellent service thank you

Lovely little model; very little ! It was a lot smaller than I'd realised but that was my fault and I can stick it on top of my machine easily. Good price, well packed and fast shipping. Probably a one-off purchase for me but I would definitely recommend this seller.

My order was processed efficiently and delivered promptly. Good follow up communications.

Fast delivery. Everything arrived on time and well packed. No problems

I have been using Gaugemaster for years now.
The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. This is a great place to go to even if your new to modeling. They have a great stock for all your modeling needs I would highly recomend a visit.

I had a bit of a problem finding the item on the website but it didn't take too long and from then on the service was excellent, very quick response and delivery of goods.

One of the model train retailers that excels in providing the best service.

The things I wanted were easy to order, at a good price, and delivered promptly in robust packaging.

ordered some fleichmann profi track, point motors and controller.shipped via ups and delivered a couple of days later. go to gauge master because they have a good selection of European n gauge track and accessories always in stock.my go to shop for fleichmann and British outline n gauge.

Very easy to find and place the order. The controller was in stock and getting it from the official manufacturer is always better in my opinion.
