First class service
I had my Aqua Clean installed just over 2 years, the knowledge of the staff and understanding my needs made sure I had the correct product. I recently had to call out an engineers for a small problem. The engineer was very respectful to me and my property. He found the problem and fixed it within minutes then checked to make sure that the aqua clean was fully working and explained to me what he had done. The Geberit engineer, fully cleaned where he had been. I fully would recommend this company as the service I have received has helped change my disabled life.

Staff in the company very well trained regarding the technical issues related to the equipment , they are patient,polite and professional in their work they guided customers step by step to solve the problem ..

The engineer was exceptionally good.
He arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable, he didn’t mind my watching and asking questions
About the Geberit toilet.
He explained why male users should be encouraged to sit down, not stand when using the toilet.
He was thorough in the inspection and replacement of the hose which had caused the leak.
He had just returned from a week at the head office in Switzerland where he had seen the manufacture of the Geberit systems. He said the company was very good to work for.
It was a clean, tidy job and I very much appreciated have such a the service.

Fast and efficient repair
Shower toilet stopped working, contacted Geberit and customer support was excellent, determined that an engineer would be needed so arranged it. Within a couple of days the engineer came and fixed the issue. The engineer was polite, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fantastic all round service
