Wow guys I mean you really get on the ball when you fill an order and send it out that's amazing usually I have to wait and usually I don't get it until months later your guys are right on the spot sent out the order already couldn't ask for anything better

I accidentally ordered too many SonaBuds. Support worked with me and reimbursed me back. I will say that the Sonabuds are legit and work well. I am pleased with the service provided by SonaBuds support Zendesk.

Noch habe ich das Produkt nicht, bin aber bisher mit der Betreuung zufrieden

Nach Bestellung der Übersetzungs-Kopfhörer für 89,90€ erhielt ich die Rechnung über Paypal. Unmittelbar danach erhielt ich eine weitere Rechnung über 2 Kopfhörer für 99,98€, die ich nicht bestellt habe. Unmittelbar darauf stornierte ich diese zweite Bestellung, wofür ich nach Bedingungen des Unternehmens 60 Minuten Zeit gehabt hätte. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass weniger als 5 Minuten nach der Bestellung diese bereits verpackt sei und eine Stornierung nicht möglich sei, aber eine Rücksendung innerhalb 30 Tagen nach Empfang. Nun erhielt ich 3 identische Kopfhörer - kein Übersetzungs-Kopfhörer dabei.
Die Rücksendungskosten dieser komplett falschen Lieferung soll ich nun selbst übernehmen.

Gute Produktinformation, problemloser Bestellvorgang, den Hinweis auf Versandkosten habe ich nicht gesehen.

I bought several other translation ear buds and these look so much better. I can't wate to get them!

I ordered 2 extra sets as gifts, but they weren't wanted. Return process started within 2 days if my receipt. The process was complicated, required at least 8 return emails before they agreed to accept them, unopened in original containers, shipped at my expense, with tracking # provided. I am awaiting my refund.

Horrible quality and definitely false advertisement. Product is very laggy and skips a lot. No one should purchase these.

I hope the ear buds work as well as advertised, but the our hase process and descriptions of the earbuds look good.

I am puzzled. Nobody has reviewed how the product works or how effective it is. How can you give a five star review when you haven't even received the product yet?5 stars for being able to order the product? Very suspicious to me.

You guys were right on it. Because my bank declined it, you guys got to the problem, you told me the problem right away and that helped me to go clear it so I could purchase your goods. You said it's on it way, so about how many days do you guys think it should arrive in mailbox. When do you guys think I going get package? Just tell how many days, I won't hold that n I'm Uber two you, okay. Guess, if you think going take 100 days, then tell me, I can do anything, it's all you guys. Do you understand what I'm saying? I'm not trying to be an complainer, I just want to know, when, okay.
