Purchased 2 x EarBuds
Purchased 2 x EarBuds. Gave credit card details and was then asked if I wanted lifetime warranty and as the cell to say no thanks was so small I accidentally pressed yes. The same applied with the 4 air tags. I have requested refunds for warranty and tags. I immediately called and was later told it was too late as order already processed.

Needed a second run...
At first sight not convincing as the bank blocked the payment because of rating the company suspicious.
After a good support from the team I did a second try using PayPal instead the credit-card directly. Now I am waiting for the ordered goods...

Billigearphones aus China. Manual auf Englisch. Die app Transkit ist Schrott (nur online und kommt der Sprachgeschwindigkeit nicht nach, ja habe gutes Handy und Internet). Hotline quasselt dumm herum. Soll Aip-app laden. Prima, nur der Kopplungscode, wo ist der nur? Meine Frage danach wird beantwortet, indem mam mir sagt, ich soll eine Tracker- Software installieren. Nehmen Sie einen Fuffi, Gras rein, dann verstehen Sie mehr Französisch als mit diesem Schrott.
Auch nach "Hotlineinfo" sehe ich keine Nutzung offline. Kein Menüpunkt, das einzustellen. Schalte ich Wlan ab am Smartphone kommt keine "Netzwerkverbindung". Ja, Bluetooth ist aktiv.
Im onlinebetrieb: Übersetzung im Onlinebetrieb nur verständlich bei kleinen Sätzen mit langer Pause dazwischen. Sonst gerät die Übersetzung durcheinanander, Sätze werden auseinandergehackt, Satzteile verschwinden. Vielleicht reicht das, um nach einem "kurzen" Weg zu fragen, ansonsten gibts konfuses Zeug.

I didn't know anything about the AI translation earbuds so you gave me all the comparisons plus a link for a discount. My only question is, are they sold in a package of 2 earbuds like most earbuds are sold? I did assume that so I hope that's the case.
