Great service 👍👌

I’ve been with chip for a little while is and I’m very happy with their service. They communicate instantly when you need any help. They are very understanding and I’ve had a really good experience with them. Very very good polite people to meet get information from. Thank you ☺️

Very poor.

It seems very difficult to transfer an ISA out of chip. My first request to transfer out was refused but nobody informed me. My subsequent request now seems to be stuck without any reason.

Customer services are hopeless and never seem to respond. There is no phone number, just online messaging.

Can't wait to get my money out of this company.

Terrible ISA product- AVOID!

Looked an transferring my cash ISA to Chip and initial process to onboard and open account was smooth.

Went to transfer over from my current provider only to find they are not listed. I'm moving from Trading 212 so a bit shocked they're not listed as a company.

I complained and queried whether can manually transfer but they can't support this so had to close the account!

What a waste of time which could have all been avoided by saying up front they only support a limited pool of providers to transfer from. Shame as rate was competitive, but awful experience and complete waste of time!

It's great to hear that the account opening process was smooth, but we understand how frustrating it must have been to get to the transfer stage only to find that your existing provider wasn't supported. We appreciate that this felt like a waste of your time, particularly when you were attracted by our competitive rate and ready to proceed.

We're continually working to expand and improve our ISA transfer capabilities, but at present we're unable to support transfers from every provider. We recognise that clearer information earlier in the process would have helped set expectations and we'll share your feedback with the relevant team.

Excellent

Excellent, efficient customer service. Came back to me really quickly even though it said it would be within a day. I thought I'd been hacked and they put my mind at rest that I hadn't.

1 STAR - NOT TO BE TRUSTED

1-star – Dreadful
I set up an account with Chip after seeing a 5.1% rate and provided all my personal details.
Just before I was about to deposit a large sum of money, my account was closed with no proper explanation.
Completely unacceptable and I would not trust this company with money or personal information.

We had a query on transferring our chip accounts, we emailed customer services who had the answer straight away, problem sorted and solved.
