Pott'd UK Avaliações

I have ordered a £100 digital gift voucher and I haven't received it. I wanted to give it to a friend for their birthday today and now I can't. Really disappointing. I have also tried to reach out to Pott'd on email and socials but no reply. Not a good experience at all.

no where on the website does it say these things are not waterproof.

So unfortunately, the first order wasn't delivered, however, i contacted the customer service team to let them know and they replaced the order which arrived 2 days later!
Im still hoping Evri find the lost one, but for now, my daughter has her birthday present which Im sure she will love!

Even though we havent opened it yet, the customer service alone was excellent and stress free, so i would definitely order from here again!

Evri attempted delivery to the wrong address. It was rejected but the driver took a photo as it was being given back and marked it as delivered! Evri as usual have been of no help thus far but I expected better from Pottd!! There is no phone number for them so an email to support was sent Thursday. Today is Monday and no reply from them not even an automated response to say message received. This morning an order tracking confirmation has been sent which makes no sense.
Awful experience and it looks like il have to raise a charge back with my bank. Do not use!! No level of customer support available.

Shipped within one day as stated on website. Ordered quite a lot and all packaged perfectly so no damages. All delivered with boxes ext so perfect for gifts. No problems at all!

Great variety of kits from half a day to multi day activities
Highly recommend for all ages

Super fast delivery & it arrived in a fabulous, funky box with absolutely everything inside to create & paint my goodies.
There was a QR code inside the box which took you to a video tutorial, which was super easy to follow, which simple, clear instructions.
I couldn't wait to get started. I've absolutely loved the pott'd experience & will definitely order from them again.
It's very therapeutic working with clay 😀

Great kit - packaging is fun and appealing, clay is easy to work with and sets quicker than others I have used. Instructions are easy to follow and include good tips and creative ideas. I love the letter stamps that came with the kit I purchased!

Great quality, well packaged and speedy delivery, great ideas on social media, will definitely be buying more

Fantastic products and customer service! I even had an issue with the delivery courier, and Pott’d were fantastic in helping me resolve it. Can’t recommend them enough.

Products are so cute, great date night activity! And a great excuse to get creative at home.
High quality items. Shipped great! Turned up so quick!

Ordered a deluxe pottery kit in the sale, so worth it!! Very therapeutic, well made and lovely with or without other people. Already researching my next kit

Lovely product great customer service after antennas been broken in transit.

I throughly enjoyed making these biscuit coasters! The step by step guide is really easy to follow and informative. The hints and tips I would definitely recommend watching. Would definitely recommend giving one of these kits a go!

After being gifted a kit myself I knew it was the perfect gift for my bestie ! It has everything u need and it’s perfect for a fun crafts night

I ordered the paint a mug sets for my birthday party. They are well packaged. The paints included are a nice range of colours. Overall a great activity and icebreaker as some of my friends had not met before.

I had to return one set as I'd ordered too many. Customer service was understanding and very helpful.

Would definitely purchase from Pott'd again

Absolutely amazing date night idea with the wife and even better customer service, had an issue with an order and it was resolved before I could even blink. Incredible stuff and super fun to do considering I’m not a expert in making pottery
