Website is easy to navigate and lots of inspiration, especially if you love crafts (which are excellent value in my opinion). Delivery is 4-7days for regular shipping and I found Customer Service to be friendly and efficient in helping me when I contacted them *specifically Katie. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will be purchasing again in the future.

I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday on 11th June. My order was to arrive in approx 5 days. There was no update on my delivery after a week, so I contacted the company a week later. I was told that the company was awaiting a stock delivery, hence the delay. I was told I would receive a 20% refund for the inconvenience. I replied to ask that my order be sent to an alternative address because of the long delay, I was no longer at the address I originally provided at the time of ordering. I didn’t receive a reply. I contacted customer service again on 4th July and was told that the stock delivery was expected that day. I had not yet received my 20% refund and needed to remind the agent of this.
It is now 7th July and I have had an update from customer service to confirm the partial refund and updated delivery address. I still don’t know if my order has shipped. I’m sure my daughter will be excited to receive her delayed birthday gift but I am not very hopeful that the product will be up to scratch after this poor customer service experience.

Love this company. The kits are great. I especially love the tea & biscuits set. My daughter & I painted the mugs and we were lucky enough to win a prize , pott’d sent us a breakfast kit, so now we have eggs cups and a toast rack to go with our mugs. The kits provide everything you need but more than that it’s a great bonding experience for me & my teen. Thank you so much

We ordered the valentines day pair of mugs, when we came to open them the paint was all dried up. Messaged support and they offered to send 2 single mugs as a replacement, I only needed the paint and as that was the only option I agreed. When sent, they only sent one and I had to chase the other up. Disappointed as the paint colours were super limited and it ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing thing to do with my husband.

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Katie from customer service for her amazing help with my parcel! She was friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole process so easy.
And I absolutely love my new pottery kit! Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I’ve already started using it. It’s been such a fun and relaxing experience, exactly what I needed. Thanks again, Katie, for the great support and for making sure I got my kit without a hitch!

I contacted support after not receiving a discount code mentioned in an email. They were really quick to sort it out and polite in the process. I had a really positive experience, and I can't wait to receive my kit!

Large pallet of pots delivered, delivery driver could not get pallet over gatewell, proceeded to smash kerosene on drive, then opened pallet to bring pots into house individually, subsequently I don't like pots, tried to arrange pick up to return, told will be £60 and must be on a pallet, fully packaged, explained to customer services, I don't have pallet, told can't return, no help what so ever, now stuck with over £500s worth of pots I don't want and smashed kerb

I bought the festive Christmas tree candle light set and had the best time making it with my family over the Christmas holidays!

My children were really looking forward to painting mugs for their Mother’s Day gifts but the paints supplied only 4 of them were usable the rest had all congealed and were unusable. The colours we could use washed off straight away even after following the instructions perfectly.I really expected more for the price and now have to find a last minute alternative idea for their Mother’s Day gifts!

After reading these reviews Im surprised my kits arrived on time. However they didn't come with written instructions like I would expect. There was a QR code to scan which lead to videos. I brought these as a valentines activity for my husband. To both make things from the kit we need separate videos. I don't find it very romantic and connecting to be sat watching instruction videos on separate phones. The videos went too fast to keep up with so you have to keep pausing it with clay covered hands. Also there wasn't any information in the video I watched about how long to dry it for, just the next video on painting. Completely took away the enjoyment I expected.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before I purchased from here. Their customer service is non existent and my order never arrived even though they've taken my money.

I ordered a week ago for x2 items, only one arrived. I emailed straight away asking for the missing item to be sent with 6 days in advance of me needing it. I finally got a reply 3 days later saying they cannot guarantee it will arrive in time however they are still advising the valentines deal so if something won’t arrive in time stop marketing for that date. I just want my item to go on a next day delivery which will still give me a day buffer encase delayed. Order well in advance if you buy from here and expect delays

Really bad customer service.

I ordered two mugs which were advertised as having 1-2 days for shipping. After a week my order still had not even shipped.

After reading the reviews on here, I contacted them to say I wanted to cancel my order due to the delay and concerns about quality. I bought similar items for cheaper from another site.

They responded apologising but did not mention anything about my request to cancel the order.

They ignored my request and shipped the order the next day, so now I’m stuck with items I don’t want and have already bought replacements for.

Claim 1-2 day delivery - have been waiting 2 weeks and then I read all the other reviews and comments on their social media, awful customer service, taking people’s money and not sending their orders out. Only reply when you threat to get in touch with your bank and then lie and say that it’ll be sent out that day but still don’t do it. Still haven’t received anything or a refund for my £80 order. Awful

ordered on the first of october with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days. The paket arrvied on 13. of december.

They do not fulfill orders or reply to emails. AVOID.

Ordered on 4th Dec. Not sent. Contacted several times over days. Eventually got a reply when I threatened a chargeback stating one of my kits was out of stock and to choose another one. So I did immediately. No reply and still not sent. Contacted again several times over several times on all email or direct messaging them on their site and Facebook and Instagram. NO REPLY.
Ruined Christmas as I now won’t have the money to buy presents or give to people.

Order placed at the end of November with a 1-2 days delivery promise. Parcel gets to Evri and ends up lost. I contact customer service and they assure a replacement has been sent and I'll receive a shipping email soon. 4 days later I hear nothing, so I email again to be told that the kit was out of stock (meaning they never sent any replacement). I end up requesting a refund, they respond to say "we have already refunded you today". I receive no refund confirmation, I chase, only to receive an email today to say "we have reprocessed your refund". I then immediately receive a refund confirmation email, meaning they had never refunded me in the first place. You have to chase them over and over again to get any help. Which is a shame since their products seem nice. Too bad I'll never try them since I'm definitely not attempting another order.
Let's hope I receive my money back now and I don't have to raise a dispute with my bank right before Christmas.

It’s been over 10 days since I placed my order and the pottery kits I ordered still haven’t appeared or have any indication of when they will arrive despite the claimed 1-2 days delivery.

Sent multiple emails asking about my order and no one is getting back to me.

I was hoping that kits would be great Christmas presents however looks like the £74 I spent has gone to waist.
