Professional service- but not cheap.It is reassuring to use a professional…
It is reassuring to use a professional service with assured products but it is more expensive than some other options. Add-ons are also expensive.
Monthly check-in form questions never change and would benefit from inviting user feedback re adverse effects etc. Occasional issues with (expensive) DPD courier deliveries recently but on the whole - ok.

We offer a holistic wrap around service that offers to support patients in as many ways as we can. This means in addition to the GLP-1 medication, we offer a set of free CBT videos you can use anytime, weekly exercise classes, a bank of more than 35 exercise classes online and also a range of options for you to choose from delivered by real experts. On top of this, we pride ourselves on offering responsive customer support - both within working hours (a pharmacist anytime, including to discuss dose adjustments and side effects) and outside of them. You won’t get this from other providers – lots of services offer weight loss jabs but this personal and wrap-around service is a key part of what Slimmr does differently.
With regard to pricing, we are aware there is some variation in the prices for weight loss medications on the internet, and we do monitor this closely and try to price ourselves somewhere in the middle, while also trying to the full wrap-around service and a highly responsive patient support team. We aim to keep our prices in line with Boots, although we have currently manage to remain cheaper for the lower doses of both Wegovy and Mounjaro. Boots also charge £32 per month extra for some of the additional things that we include in the programme for free and which you can take advantage of.
We do understand that the medication is a significant outlay each month for many people. Where prices from others seem too good to be true, there have been a number of reports in the press of people seeking out weight loss medication deals and receiving fake products. There have already been over 250 pharmacy websites closed down for offering counterfeit products:

Don't forget, if you refer patients to us you (and them) receive money off your next order so that is one way of reducing the cost of the programme.

Not just a gamechanger, a LIFECHANGER!
Every interaction with the Slimmr team reinforces in my mind that I chose, and thankfully was accepted as a patient by, a true customer centric organisation whose knowledgeable & credible team treat customers with care, compassion and a real sense of genuinely wanting to help me on my weight loss journey. Their intuitive website makes monthly check ins & ordering a breeze, and any questions / requests re my order are handled promptly, with efficiency and care. To my surprise (and at first disbelief) I've even had contact from the founding members themselves whom have responded to my questions, and they clearly take a very hands on approach and set the bar high, very high in terms of ensuring their patients are receiving the best. As to my journey, I'm approx 6 months in, and very much a different person. I've lost weight (a lot of it), and the programme & success I've had has motivated me beyond belief. I visit the gym 5 times a week, walk more than I've ever done, and eating better than I've ever done. As a mid 50's male, I have for decades been hiding my body behind larger than needed clothes, however now feel confident in actually wearing clothes that fit me, and I'm wearing shorts this summer for the first time since I was a teenager. I'm receiving positive comments on my achievements from colleagues, neighbours, family & friends and even my barber! I appreciate there's many places from where I could seek the product I've been prescribed. However for me, the product is of less importance than the people behind it. My first (and nervous contact with Slimmr was back in January), and since then every interaction with the team reinforces in my mind that I've found the perfect provider, but more importantly, the perfect people too. Seeing the success the Slimmr team have enabled me to achieve, prompted my partner to apply to be one of their patients, and whilst he was accepted some months after me, he too is already seeing & enjoying success. For me, the success I've been able to achieve with Slimmr spans more than my physical health, and has also massively & positively impacted and improved my mental health too, thus it won't come as a surprise that, as per my title, Team Slimmr have not just been a game changer for me, they've been a life changer.

Great company and very positive experience. There is care and support when needed, they are very responsive to queries. I have had phone check-ins as they really understand the psychological aspects of losing weight. Highly recommend

Very professional
Very professional, someone always available for help and advise. I’ve been taking Mounjaro for 14 months and have lost over 7 stones. Recommended, but please only if you are obese and have difficulty losing weight the more conventional ways. In my case immobility. There can be unpleasant side effects to these drugs and the long term effects are not known.

market leaders in getting it right…
Well, so far so good. I read reviews on every company I could find in the weight loss space and the reactions which often were superior and snotty - and then I found these guys. The reviews are in a different league and I now know why first hand. Efficient, friendly, effective. I joined a Zoom weekly strength & flexibility call tonight… I’m going to ache tomorrow… they’ve made my decision to embark on this route to a better me an absolute no brainer. Now to see whether my efforts and investment pay dividends! I’ll report back in a few weeks….

Slimmr is a great way to negotiate weight lo
Starting with Slimmr was quite nerve wracking as this is both a big financial investment as well as emotional, but the whole process works really well and is easy to negotiate. Whenever I need advice or to speak to someone the response has been extremely quick, friendly but professional, informative and helpful, there is no hard sell. I have lost the weight that I wanted and am feeling so much better about myself.

Doing well on Mounjaro
Doing well on Mounjaro - slow and steady weight-loss. Terrific customer service from everyone at Slimmr. Had a call from one of the team out of the blue to see if I needed any help or guidance and we were chatting for about 20 minutes on a Saturday. For an online provider, it feels very personal, rather than anonymous. The exercise sessions with Ben on a Wednesday evening are the right amount of challenging and, again, it is very personal and inclusive.
