Excellent, professional medical support.
Before embarking on what I know will be a long 'journey' I researched into several online companies. I chose Slimmr after I had read a tiny article about them in a national newspaper. They are run by medical professionals and seem to be more interested in an holistic approach to weight loss than some of their competitors. Their online support is excellent as is their response to any query (no matter how trivial) I have asked. Emails have been answered by return by Dr Max and by Rhiannon. On one occasion when I couldn't get the pen to work the pharmacist rang me to explain what may be wrong and rang again to check all was well. Excellent service!
The exercise classes are motivating.

Excellent support from a great team
The team at Slimmr have been so supportive throughout my weight loss journey. I researched the numerous companies that are out there and I am so pleased that I chose Slimmr. They provide an excellent customer focused service where the wellbeing of you as an individual is of paramount importance. They actively encourage you to discuss your individual levels of medication with their prescribing team and, most importantly, have a comprehensive and thorough monthly check in procedure which focuses you on your dietary, health and wellbeing plans for the month ahead. I have taken advantage of the blood testing service recently and received a very detailed summary within a day of my sample being posted which gave me some very helpful indicators. I'd like to thank Max, Rhiannon and Nick for their brilliant support and would highly recommend Slimmr to anyone embarking on a weight loss, health and wellbeing journey.

The Slimmr programme is amazing
The Slimmr programme has been nothing short of amazing. The support in addition to the medication has been so helpful and the team are super knowledgeable, and it shows. The exercise programme in itself is a huge value add to me and the customer support has been brilliant in supporting me with weight loss. I’m only 3 months in and am already 2 trousers smaller.

Professional and thorough service
Absolute confidence using getSlimmr for my weight loss programme. I would never achieved my 2 1/2 stone weight loss without researching this company and taking the plunge. Excellent monthly check in to ensure you're on track and easy re ordering of pens all in a timely manner. The support is second to none including the Pharmacists who do the prescribing. All in all absolutely 100% happy with everything. Thank you

Exceptional customer service .. answers all my questions, checks on delivery .. how’s everything going etc .

Highly recommend.
I did have one issue with a delivery and it’s was soon escalated and sorted.
I am 7/8 months into this journey and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
So far lost 2 stone 💥

Good, confident and easy.
Simple website to use. Emails offering support if needed. Ordering is simple whilst asking the health questions required. Order always arrived on date stipulated. All above made using Slimmr feel “safe”. I am still using Slimmr and would have no hesitation in recommending.

This changed my life
The whole process was straightforward, and the follow ups were helpful and encouraging. I liked that the monthly check-ins asked the right questions that kept me committed and focused. The building up of dosages was really effective, and made sure I was also making lifestyle changes along the way. This also meant that I didn’t lose weight too fast, so along with my gym sessions I was able to retain muscle while losing fat. And now I’ve made permanent changes to my lifestyle that are effective and maintaining the lower weight is achievable.

So so supportive and I am 20kg down …
I have used weight loss medication from other practitioners but nothing compares to the holistic support you receive from Slimmr. They have been there willing me on, every step of my journey. Whether counselling support or the brilliant fitness sessions from Ben - I think Slimmr is absolutely the best provider in the market - it’s not just the medication - it’s the support, fitness and community. I like the quick response and the willingness to sort things out effectively and quickly.
A bit disappointed by the fact I booked and paid in advance a session with a nutrition but was never contacted. Been refunded pretty quickly.

Very positive experience
I chose Slimmr having researched and done my homework ( I had been very sceptical before I’m embarked on signing up due to lots of negativity on the weight loss in the media ) They have guided me through my weight loss journey and advising which medication was the correct one for me - they are easily contactable and always there to advise if any questions or concerns - would definitely recommend them if considering going on the weight loss journey ….
