First time customer. Very quick service, good prices, no problems. Based on first experience, highly recommended.

Excellent company 👌

Competitive price and super fast delivery . Great all round service from this merchant.

Great communication and delivery service. Items arrived well packaged and protected fro transit damage.
Product was good quality and exactly as described.

Just purchased a large propagator with lights from ghedirect good price very quick delivery and packaging was very good the only downside is the brackets that hold the lights are not very user friendly because they sit on the lids I prefer the old brackets that are fixed on the sides like on my other one

Do not let the name fool you—this is the ultimate food for heavy-flowering plants! I buy this fertiliser principally for my flower garden. I grow over 100 dahlias, plus begonias, petunias, marigolds, and bougainvillea. It keeps them blooming constantly all season. The added seaweed makes a massive difference, resulting in visibly healthier plants and stunning foliage. I also use it on my small crop of tomatoes, and it works flawlessly. Highly recommended for anyone wanting healthier plants and maximum blooms!

Fantastic local shop with an incredible selection of gear. The staff here really know their stuff and offer honest, expert advice without any hard sell. The in-store working grow room is brilliant to see in person, and prices are spot on. Whether you pop in or order online, the service is top-tier. Highly recommend to any grower! Helen

A wide range of sizes of pots, reasonable price, well packaged and swift delivery. Only fault - not choice of slower vs next day delivery so the delivery cost more than the pots. But a very excellent service.

Some companies just do things right ✅️
These people behind this company are testament to that!
Brilliant service/communication/dispatch and delivery 👏from start to finish A☆☆☆☆☆ business 👏

GHE supplied a large Garland tray at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, the tray was damaged in transit, but the customer service sprang into action very quickly and a replacement arrived with 48 hours. Thank you!

Great shop, super fast delivery and was the cheapest I could find online for what I was after.

Outstanding service. The prices are very good, the pots are superb quality and the delivery is unbelievable. Ordered lunchtime and delivered lunchtime the following day. More importantly the pots are such quality they will last for years.

Great service would be 5 stars but far too much unnecessary plastic packaging!

Another excellent experience with GHE Direct. Easy ordering, quick delivery, and everything arrived well packaged. They provide all the convenience, speed, and service you'd expect from the very best online retailers, while still giving you the satisfaction of supporting businesses beyond the obvious giants. Too often I've tried to spread my spending around and ended up regretting it because the customer experience wasn't there. That definitely wasn't the case with GHE Direct. This is my 4th order and everything was spot on again!

Found exactly what I needed at a great price without the 3rd party extortionate cost on top. Very easy to order, products received very quickly. My go to place now for what I need.

Excellent company, and received very good customer service.

Very prompt service with my purchase arriving almost before I had paid!! Well packaged and good communication. Very good product, I can’t recommend them more highly

I needed black plastic pot saucers due to drought. There seems to be hundreds of people selling them with prices from a pound to £20. I bought from GHD as prices were reasonable and I had bought from co. before. Delivered the next day, very good product at good price. I will buy other products from them in future.
