I needed black plastic pot saucers due to drought. There seems to be hundreds of people selling them with prices from a pound to £20. I bought from GHD as prices were reasonable and I had bought from co. before. Delivered the next day, very good product at good price. I will buy other products from them in future.

Easy to use web site. Great quality and really great delivery although you do have to pay for it.
I bought 2 lots of the wall pots and they are great. Big pockets for the plants to grow in.

Very simple ordering , next day Free delivery. Came well packaged , all intact , helpful delivery driver.
Items ordered were fans , strong , robust and ideal for what we wanted in a commercial setting

Immediate deliveries, really well packed. We buy planting pots whack are excellent quality and able to be repeatedly washed and reused. Very happy.

There price's are really good +,the quality of a fan I bought,brilliant,
I will make this company my main supplier now, weldone,

I've used expanded clay balls as pond media and grow beds for over 20 yrs, the ghe aqua is the cleanest I've ever had compared to other brands, I can recommend this product and the next day delivery.
Great service!

Abs amazing service , would highly recommend to anyone.

What great customer service!
Product is excellent too! You can't go wrong with this Company. Would use again and highly recommend. Thank you.

I bought some GHE StringyThingys from another supplier and the canes supplied were not compatible. I enquired using the StringyThingy contact chat and the gentleman who responded was amazing.

He gave me advice and then went above and beyond to send me the necessaries to make their product work perfectly. Two key factors I must mention: firstly the customer service I got from StringyThingy and GHE was top class.
2ndly and as important StringyThingy works great when bought from a reputable supplier like GHE.

The units grip the canes perfectly and provide plenty space 360 degrees to use string or Yoyos to support and help shape your plants.

Really an incredible product. And no more need for marshmallows or whatever bodge to prevent me poking my eyes out on traditional un-topped garden canes. Thanks team.

Great company to order through. Placing the order was super easy and delivery was efficient. Would use then again

Great service,well packed,delivered right on time. 👍👍

I received my well packaged item the very next day and it was delivered at the time stated.
Am very happy with the service

First class service. Ordered a pair of solar garden lights. Would highly recommend.

Incredible customer service. Placed an order and was kept updated throughout the entire process. Delivery was extremely quick, product is really good and I was getting responses from emails very quick. Honestly can't complain about anything even if I tried to find something. Im already trying to place more orders

From order to delivery the process was quick and seemless. Price point was unbeatable on the product i purchased, a Hailea HC500 chiller. And over all very happy with the service and product

First time using GHE Direct.
I purchased the hailea HC 500a chiller, had slight damage to the unit. Not GHE's fault, it was a manufacturer fault.
Wow, what a company. Spoke to Andy and Tom over the telephone, very helpful and polite gentleman.
I was put through to Helen on the telephone. All I can say is... what a helpful and understanding lady she is.
She sent me a replacement chiller out asap.
They are a family run business that run old school style. Yes, you can actually speak to a human being over the telephone and have a good conversation, very rare nowadays.
I'm very impressed with the price and fast delivery.
Would I recommend GHE Direct...a massive YES!!
I highly recommend this company as I love the old school service.
A big thankyou to the team for solving my issue.
I will definitely use them again without hesitation.
Thanks guys.

Great service, polite, good prices, can't fault the company at all, also quick delivery, this place is always my go to.

Really impressed with this company. Friendly and informative customer service on the phone. Air circulator fan in stock. Easy to order online. Next day delivery is an amazing service. Product arrived next day and worked as expected to shift hot air in this hot summer we are having indoors. Not even that noisy. Will definitely recommend and use GHE again.

I highly recommend GHE Direct, speedy delivery of the extra fans I required prior to the next heat wave for my dogs. Great customer service, great communication from customer service.
Thank you
