I bought 25 black plastic 25litre pots and 10 black saucers. Ordering the items was straight forward and the website easy to use. I received an email thank you for the order and the items were delivered by APC. The pots and saucers arrived very quickly were very well packed. I also went on to order some more pots I was so happy with the product and service.

If this company was running the country we would be a world leader again!
Shocked /delighted that my Sunday night order was here by Tuesday lunchtime
Well packaged but there was a small amount of damage which was caused by manufacturer as box was pristine
Helen was quickly on the case and has arranged for the part to be sent direct from her supplier!!
This is 1960s customer service with speed and efficiency as it should be but sadly many firms aren't bothered
Thanks Helen and Tom will definitely be purchasing from you again

A brilliant company. Their products are of good quality and fairly priced. The ordering process is easy and the products are delivered quickly. What more could you want?

Excellent customer service from Kath with my pre purchase question.
Quick delivery .

I ordered from GHEDirect after being badly let down by another UK company. From start to finish their communication was excellent, the product was shipped out the same day of the order and arrived in perfect condition, no doubt to the way it has been carefully packaged ensuring that even a careless deliver drivers wouldn't affect the product. Thoroughly recommend and happy to support a small family run business.

Great service. Appreciate the attention to detail!
