The product arrived flat packed and was nothing like the description. It is just a tacky piece of plywood that certainly wouldn't hold up many books on a shelf.

I was really surprised that it looked so good. Great quality. I love it!

Item arrived in timely manner but felt the picture advertised and what was received were poles apart. The advertised picture made the item look quite a chunky piece what was received was a plain bit of wood with picture put on, very flimsy and I do not feel was value for the £22 spent, just disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful! The plaque has been received in good time and the quality of the picture is outstanding. It was such a joy to gift it to my husband. I strongly recommend this site if you want to buy someone a meaningful gift.

I received my order, the frame is very flimsy and the clasp that holds the picture in place is faulty and comes undone easily so if hung up it opens and picture falls out and the frame is dented, for £25+ it's not the quality I expected and cannot give as the gift I wanted to

The picture of myself, my wife and my great granddaughter visiting her for the first time is now something we'll enjoy for the rest of our lives!!!

Nice item,it took longer than I thought (10 days)to be delivered i should have realised that but it's here and is what i thought it would be.

Arrived safely expected it to be a bit more robust just looks like a plaque wanted something special for an 18th keepsake but was a bit disappointed how it looked compared to the picture a bit flimsy

Received my order yesterday and when I opened the package I wasn’t disappointed. Very cute and I know our granddaughter will love it.

Disappointed the delivery guy from relay, didn’t have the sense to open the gate, just shouted my Husband from 25 feet away.
But overall good experience.

The quality is disappointing for the price. More hype than substance.

It is a very nice sign and my wife loved her gift. Considering it came from the other side of the Earth, it got here within a decent time frame. It was packaged well and come in perfect condition. We have already hung it up on our deck.
