I booked this firm last week for me and my 7 year old daughter we were at the Coldplay concert .We came out early 10.45 to get my pre booked taxi .I rang and spoke to a person who said they had cancelled it and were not sending another .I was then stranded with my 7 year old girl.I had to push my way to the front of the bus queue to get on a bus I was so upset my daughter was in a terrible state nobody helped us … finally pushed my way onto a bus that dropped us off in centre …Got to town centre at 1.40 in the morning walking streets of Glasgow .Was so frightened for me and my daughter safety .Was so upset will never go again to this disorganised city DO NOTUSE this taxi firm totally unreliable!!! 😖

Shocking company. App barely works, almost always charged more than the estimated and got a £5 'cancellation charge' twice for two cabs that never showed up. Disgrace.

Utter trash company. Waited over an hour to get a taxi to work. Called them and got rude, overly defensive staff who couldn't do anything to help me. Without a doubt the worst Taxi firm Glasgow has ever had.

Rudest taxi driver ever!

I didn’t book a taxi but the verbal abuse I’ve just had off one of your drivers was disgusting. The driver approached a give-way junction and instead of going the way he should’ve, he decided he was going to make a 3 point turn in the middle of a busy road with oncoming traffic. I was sitting at the lights, where is should’ve been sat and because I was blocking this driver from doing a ridiculous/ impossible turn on a busy road, he rolled his window down and started shouted very nasty things to me and giving me hand gestures, when I wasn’t even doing anything wrong, where was I supposed to sit?

I wish I wasn’t in the car myself, that way someone could’ve took note of his registration plate because I would’ve 100% be reporting him to the company.

I’m a young girl and this really upset me that someone could be so nasty. I really hope no passengers were in the back of the taxi as this looks very bad on your company.

Am shocked and abhorred with the attitude and lack of compassion shown by the taxi driver who picked me and 3 of my family in Stepps this early morning. One of the family had just lost her mum. Obviously events took a turn for the worse in terms of too much drink and the driver requested that we pay him ( is this extortion?) £100 - however the resulting mess to the car was external not internal. Driver also - and more importantly showed no compassion as the family member had just lost her mum. All he was interested in was making money that night - which I understand of course, however he could at least have been more compassionate. Am absolutely disgusted by this persons attitude. Vile.

Took money from my niece for a journey already paid for online at New Year, then took money for a booking which had been cancelled due to taking too long to get a driver to accept.

When calling up about this got atrocious "service" form one of their advisors who then, upon asking for his name, said "right I'm gonna hing up on you now"

£18 for a taxi from city centre to parkhead when it normally costs be £10 . Driver was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. Worst taxi company ever.

I’d rate it 0 if it would let me - I’ve only used these taxis twice, but the first time I used them I paid via the app at the time of booking just because it was convenient and it’s an actual option so I didn’t see the problem, the driver told me he was lucky he came to get me as most drivers would wait round the corner and say I never showed up and keep the money(fyi incase anyones ever paid by the app and no one has came for them) as they don’t get the money for 11 days, he ended up being really nice and told me next time pay by card in the actual taxi as the drivers get the money faster, but I used glasgo cabs today for the second time and I clicked pay in cab(the logo on the app for this option is a bank card!) and I was about a mile away from where I was going and the driver asked me if I had cash, this was after him stopping for fuel, swearing at busy traffic and bin lorries and just making me feel generally quite uncomfortable, I told him I didn’t but I can pay by card and he said most taxis don’t even have card machines in them which is a load of bs, so I asked him to take me to a bank machine and he said no and that I had to get out - I had a fiver on me so I gave him that the fare was only 7.60 by this point but he was shouting and swearing at me, I don’t get why he had to be so fkn nasty or inform me before he even started driving! Literally never using this taxi service ever again I walked 5 miles home instead of getting one back.

App told the driver I was somewhere else, which I will take responsibility for not double checking, however in my defence it was the same name (Taco Bell) just the wrong location and surely the app should be f#%^> aware

Driver called me and told me he’d make his way to me, then after waiting 5 minutes for him, I got a text telling me the driver couldn’t contact me or I cancelled (neither were true)

The driver had decided to cancel the 6 mile journey because it was easier for him to grab a customer nearby than it was to come get me, after telling me he was on his way

Not great service. Pre booked 1 week in advance as I was going to a wedding. On the day, 20 minute after pre booked time I called as no taxi allocated, to be told the pre booking does not guarantee driver and they will allocate driver when available as close to booking as possible. (So what’s the point in pre booking). The driver who eventually turned up, I cannot fault, his name was Ismail, he was polite, friendly and chatty. I had a return taxi pre booked and this was cancelled on me. I had missed a couple of calls from the taxi firm and tried the return then but they were not accepting calls from the area I was in so I was left in an are unknown to me with no taxi booking and no way of contacting the firm. I had to make alternate arrangements to get home 20 miles. Won’t use pre booking again as it pointless

Absolutely rubbish. Booked taxi waited only to be told taxi firm had cancelled. Booked again same thing happened. DO NOT USE PHONE A BLACK HACK RELIABLE + cheaper.

Awful ..booked 6 seater for teenagers to be picked up at concert . Confirmed on app , still showing confirmed night of booking until 30 mins before pick up , then said cancelled . Eventually got to speak to someone 8 days later and they said all roads were closed and they had advised all bookings by phone . Had one missed call , no voice mail, no text . Had to drive to Glasgow for the group . Ridiculous that they think it’s ok to leave a group of customers with no back up . No apology , would never use again .

Prices are absolutely ridiculous. Travelled to my destination with Hasties cars price was £12.50 , returned with GLASGO CARS PRICE WAS £22.50 . Will be phoning the licensing department on Monday morning . Shocking what they are doing.

DO NOT USE! Booked taxi for 11:30pm more than 12 hrs in advance, taxi did not arrive at pickup point. Refund sent with no warning and message to say taxi was cancelled. Spoke to operator who said another taxi was being sent and to wait for a mesage to say it was on its way. Mesage never rwcieved no taxi sent abd left stranded 1 hr from city centre. Do not use!

The driver took a purposefully elongated route to charge extra above the quoted price. When I contacted GlasGO to challenge this, they did not respond.
Gave them 2 stars because they at least did show up.

I used this company for a journey I take regularly. The driver seemed like a nice guy, but he didn’t know where I was going. I gave him the postcode but he still took two wrong turns which I had to pay for!

I got picked up in town for a journey which usually costs £12 (maximum). Tonight I was charged £23. A black cab would have cost £16. The driver told me that “surge pricing” was in operation. Surely the customer should be informed of this, and almost doubling the fare is just a rip-off.

I used to use the old Southside cabs to get to and from work. They were fairly efficient, fairly (and predictably) priced and the drivers were great. Now I feel relieved if a cab turns up at all, and I have no idea what it will cost!

I’m really saddened that there are so few cab companies in Glasgow now, and that this big company feels free to charge whatever it likes and to treat customers appallingly.

When you phone this company, a recorded message says “abusive callers will not be tolerated” (which is a warning sign about the level of customer satisfaction). That’s a fair enough message, but as a customer I won’t accept abusive practices either: from now on I’ll use Uber or a black cab.

Foned Taxi to be collected from Vets and had already informed the company beforehand that I would be accompained with 2 Rabbits in enclosed Carriers! Taxi arrived, got asked to put my Pets in a Boot of Car! Boot of a Car would be unsuitable to put any living Animal in! Driver drove off and left me stranded as he refused to let me put the Carrier beside me in Car. I am disgusted and no help from Custoner service as they defended Driver's actions! Clearly Customers arn't that important to them! Foned another Taxi firm and were v happy to take me

This taxi company needs serious Customer service training.the girls & guys in the office are so rude and blame me for taxi not turning up as I booked it the night before for a early hospital appointment 🤬 I ended up being one hour late even the drivers are pissed off with them too I've never heard of if you book a taxi it won't come at the time you want it Said the girl in the office So what is the point of booking one then Shocking company really poor service Bring back the old days when a taxi would come when it's meant to arrive.
