I had two different engineers out on two separate days and both Alistair and Matt Redgate were excellent. Firstly Alistair arranged for my heat exchanger to be replaced and Matt then came with the new exchanger to fit it. Unfortunately the wrong item had been ordered but rather than leave me without heating overnight he reordered and went to collect the correct item ensuring I was sorted on the same day- exceptional service. Both were highly personable and committed to delivering a first class experience.

After a major repair to our boiler a small drip developed under the boiler. Glowworm made a fast appointment and Sam arrived, quickly diagnosed the fault and replaced the original, cracked plastic pipe.

Combi Boiler installed not even 18 months ago and has worked fine until 2 weeks ago when the hot water started to run cold after 10 minutes or so (not ideal when running a bath). After a few days we could no longer get hot water for more than 2 minutes at a time so a bath was no longer possible and washing up etc. isn't exactly easy. Called Glow Worm Warranty and the engineer turned up the next day (rang beforehand which was really handy) diagnosed it as flow sensors and said he would be back in a couple of days when the parts arrived. 10 days since reporting the fault we still have a faulty boiler and still apparently they are waiting for parts. I have a 6 month old baby and a 5 year old son which has meant relying on friends and family on the use of their baths to wash our children. Terrible customer service and means I won't be installing another Glow Worm boiler in my lifetime!

Had fault with boiler pressure with a boiler in warranty, called the support team on Friday afternoon and by Sunday morning engineer had been out and issue has been fixed. Great service from phone call all the way though to the engineer who attended.

My boiler started leaking on Christmas day! I managed to arrange a repair visit on the 29th. #620, Brent called 10 mins before his arrival which is always really useful and it gave me a few minutes to walk my dog back home. Many tradesmen/companies don't realise how useful this pre visit call is. Brent had the patience to listen to my details of the symptoms and was quick to find the faults. He took the time to explain the faults, how the components worked and how he would repair them. He was friendly and highly professional, a credit to Glow worm/Vaillant.

Can't believe how good this service is,had a small issue with my boiler after a yearly service, called them arranged a engineer to come,absolutely spot on ,wish ALL companies were like this
