Choice heating very clean and professional

Nice looking boiler, efficient and warms radiators quickly

Modern boiler more compact than previous.

Bought a boiler from this company in 2019 and have had nothing but trouble ever since installation.
Everything apart from the outer casing has been replaced at least 3 times.
Had their engineers and British Gas engineers out twice a year since it’s been installed.
Glow worm / Valliant had promised that they will replace it if they couldn’t fix it but always managed to get it running for 6 months before it broke down again.
Same error codes coming up F75,F 71,F72, F74.
Also return valve corroding fixed three times.
Wire harnesses replaced four times and other parts I don’t remember the name of.
Always breaks down before winter when it’s at the coldest and sometimes we have to wait days for an engineer to fix it with no heating or hot water to wash with.
All we get is we are so sorry for your problems and we will get to the bottom of this!! What would of got to the bottom of this would of been to replace the dud boiler but no way and they put other barriers in place so they can get out of replacing it saying I didn’t have a service history.
Well if having an engineer out twice a year when after fixing the fault give the boiler a complete look over to make sure everything is working properly is not enough for them I don’t know what is.
This could be only hard lines on us that we bought a dud and I dear say that their boilers might work better for others.
If even if they offered a deal on a replacement we might of considered it but nothing.
Don’t like being rude but personally I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.
Worst customer relations I’ve ever witnessed.

My last boiler was a glow-worm so when it finally died after many years, with barely a problem, I decided to go with a tried and tested one. This new one it a bit smaller, but seems just as efficient. The only thing I am not so sure of get is it comes with a remote thermostat. I am told you can carry it around with you, like when you go to bed. Not sure about that. However all seems good so far.

The item was delivered and installed promptly by my plumber, who has since 2011 has been used to service my boiler and any plumbing needs I have.
He has taken care to ensure my plumbing and heating system is in good order. I like the new boiler, even though the user instructions are not as easy to follow as the previous model.

The boiler quietly gets on and does its job efficiently (yes, it is very quiet). Our installer made a good clean job of the installation and explained the purposes of the various components.

Had a boiler fitted and there was an issue with it. An engineer came out on a Sunday (bonus points for that) fixed the issue within 5 minutes. He was polite, explained what he’d found and what he’d done to fix it. Can’t fault them for their service at all! The boiler’s great to

Very professional,tidy worker. Went through workings of new boiler before leaving. Well mannered and polite. Would recommend boiler to family and friends . Love my new glow worm boiler.
