Dreadful Company!
I wish I could give this company no stars - ordered a Glowcept heated brush but it was useless on my short hair. Returned it (to China, at great cost) on September 20, and two months later the tracking information still says pending - 'being assessed by the destination customs authority'. Endless emails have been responded to with no positive results - so I guess I've said goodbye to my money. Never again - DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I tried the new portable Glow Wave…
I tried the new portable Glow Wave brush from @glowcept. My hair is thick and tends to be curly and frizzy especially when it's humid or after I wash it.
This brush is cordless, charges fast and heats up quickly. I was pleased with how much smoother my hair was after using the brush for a few minutes!

How misleading your information is on30days return
policy.I have a genuine reason for sending it back.My
hair is very fine after receiving chemo treatment. and
decided after very poor results with the brush I would
send it back. After reading the very poor reviews I don’t wan’t a credit note to order something else as
the comment’s speak for them selves. I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered, as I feel l have been scammed, nothing says that if you want to
return your order you have to send it back to CHINA AT YOUR OWN COST. Very disappointed and disgusted.at being misled 😡😡😡

Be aware ; if you want to return it’s to China!!
I wrote a review of this company recently as I wanted to return the item and couldn’t get an answer from customer service , only after this did they respond. My issue continues and I want to alert potential customers to the fact that returns are to China !! There is an option whereby they state that you can keep the product and they will only refund 15% of the cost ?? There is nowhere on the website that states this , I wanted my refund so returned the item to China and they are now refusing to pay my postage .. this company is a total scam ; please do not buy from them unless you don’t mind being left with a substandard product that wasn’t as advertised .

Very good service
Very good service and I was kept informed all the time before I received the item. Now I've used the brush every day since I got it and it takes a bit of getting used to but I do find it very good for taming my wavy hair.

Not as advertised
Product was not what I expected it felt cheap it took nearly 3 hours to charge after about 20 minutes use it needed recharging.certainly didn’t heat up correctly.returned to company had parcel tracked. Have not received refund as they claim package must be held up in customs .

Easy and light.
Extremely happy with the brush. It does what it says and is easy to use. This really is great as I have arthritis in my shoulders and find it difficult to manouver any straightners, but it is so light to use.

I like this brush because it is suitable for my type and length of hair. I find it easy to use, and I like the result: soft and shiny hair, with a gentle lift, styled according to preferences. This brush warms so fast that it saves time on the morning routine. I can style my hair in 5 minutes or less. It also has three temperatures to choose from, depending on the hair type.

Love my Glowcept hair straightening brush
I love my Glowave hair straightening tool from Glowcept. I was on holidays in Thailand and found the tool so convenient. At the end of every day of high heat and humidity and sitting by a pool I used the Glowave tool to smooth and straighten my hair. Now I'm back home I still use it most days. It quickly heats up, needs charging after about every 2nd use. Because I have fine hair I find it best to hold sections of hair.
Such a convenient tool for everyday use and even fits in my handbag. If you have a fringe like me it's great for quickly smoothing out the kinks.
