Good item and handy for travelling. I would use it personally for when I’m camping and use it as a quick hair touch up. Postage took a little while but, item was fine when it arrived.

The Chinese are getting really good with websites that sell cheap products with Lies
Yet another company which has an impressive website but turns out to be Chinese. I ordered the the 5 in 1 styler took a while to arrive came in a broken box and is a really cheap plastic Item, their web site doesn't show that. The hairdryer got really hot when I tried it and therefore I considered a hairdryer you can't hold not a good idea, so I asked for a refund. Much back and forth emails but turns out to get a refund you have to send it back to China, at your cost, they inspect then issue a refund - but as "they understand" this is difficult to do they offered instead to credit my account. This I accepted, though by this time dubious about getting anything else.
Anyway, with the store credit I ordered some heating irons, as there was nothing else I wanted. When they came they were packed in a plain box with Chinese writing all over it and with an adaptor to use in the UK. Nothing like the ones on the website. There were no instructions but eventually I got them to switch on - The cheap (Chinese) adaptor they had sent couldn't hold the plug and kept falling out, so I used one of my own. However, when switched on they don't heat up enough to straighten hair. So I emailed their support services, as the product is clearly not fit for purpose. I received an answer by some sort of AI Bot I think, pretending to be a person, but using exactly the same words and phrases as before, who offered to reissue 'some' store credit for this item. I dont want store credit. There is nothing else I want to take a risk on. So I insisted that they refund.
They want everything sending back to China, including the original purchase, at my cost, with a warning on risks I take of transit problems, then they will inspect the goods and decide what to do. Think I've thrown enough good money at this so decided I will just take the hit. However, their latest email is quite aggressive and dismissive and they insist they have done all they can and imply it is my fault.
It's another Chinese scam website hard to detect, really well put together but every statement on it is a lie, and these people have to be stopped.
STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY BOUGHT FROM THEM

What a great little gadget, love it.
What a great little gadget. Compact, rechargeable, portable, throw it into your handbag, glove box, use it on the plane or train. Heats up quickly and has a ceramic coated plate on the brush.
I have a lot of hair, coarse hair and it works very well, straightening my hair and styling it.

I have to say I am a can't be bothered…
I have to say I am a can't be bothered with hair sort of girl as I just haven't the time! So when I heard about these portable brush, I thought I would try it. Absolutely amazing! Heated up so quickly and styled my hair beautifully. If you need a quick and effective brush! Go grab yours! Did I mention light weight? Sometimes I just stick it in my bag to freshen up when out! Don’t bother
Don’t bother. These products are terrible quality.
I have good knowledge of hair stylers and this is the worse I ve come across.
They feel cheap and they don’t heat up properly. The results are poor.
Also the customer service is terrible. No reply and I have to wait until they approve my request.
The website purposely hides any instructions or address to send the products back.
Also, the items come from abroad. Not uk. That also is not clear.
Very dodgy operation and despite the website saying items can be returned within 30 days, they make it difficult .

Product doesn’t heat up
I was very surprised to read that Glowcept were going to refund me when my product did not work after my last review. Of course I don’t post under my own name so how did they know who I was. They said they would send a email refunding me after they requested a video which I sent. I emailed them to tell them my real name and details. As usual, no refund, no email. This is looking more like a SCAM with every day that passes

I have had a couple of emails from Glowcept. Asked me for a video, which I sent. PayPal want me to send to an address which the post office do not recognise at my expense to get a refund!!! Glowcept also sent email saying I could have a free replacement if I didn’t want to return. I want a REFUND without having to send it back at my expense. Is this a scam????

Recibí el paquete muy rápido y muy bien presentado. El cepillo es muy práctico y cumple con creces con lo que anuncia. Tengo el pelo fino y se encrespa con mucha facilidad, dando un aspecto de poco cuidado. Gracias a este cepillo, que utilizo cada mañana para peinarme, mi pelo parece pulido y cuidado. Lo llevo en el bolso cuando tengo algun compromiso al salir del trabajo y no puedo pasar por casa. Solo necesito unas pasadas para que se vea impecable. Nunca lo había conseguido hasta ahora.
