Issues Resolved, Excellent Service
Having had a poor engineer’s visit and complained about it to Go Fibre they then sent the engineer supervisor Richard who was excellent and gave outstanding service through easy and clear communication.
Polite, courteous and understanding of our issues raised he fixed the problems within 20 minutes.
We would also like to thank Sarah who took our distressed call and handled it with grace and empathy.
The day before Richard’s planned visit, we received a call from the manager who again was courteous and polite.
Thank you Go Fibre for resolving our issue and making our life so much easier under difficult circumstances.

Though I waited quite a few weeks after first putting in an order,when they did come they were very efficient, clean and tidy and did very well especially having to drill through a 2 foot stone wall. They also tuned in all my appliances for me.

Great services and staff.
Just wanted to leave some feedback after switching to GoFibre on Monday.
I’ve been with BT since 2009, so changing provider was a bit of a big decision, but so far I honestly couldn’t be happier.
The engineer was a great guy — turned up right on time, installed the cable and equipment, and took the time to go through everything on the hub and make sure all my devices were connected properly. 👍
I’ve now had the internet running for the last 48 hours and it has been absolutely perfect. Fast, stable and no issues whatsoever.
It’s early days, but based on my experience so far, I can 100% recommend GoFibre. Great service, great engineer and great customer service from start to finish. 👌
Very happy I made the switch! 🚀
