Direct Cremation Plan
The representative came to see my wife and me today. He arrived on time and was very nice. He talked us through the whole process, explaining very clearly how it all worked. Once we'd decided on the Plan he went through the sign up and payment process. Everything was very clear and easy from the start. We are very happy with the plans we chose and with the process.

Direct cremation plan
Your representative came to our property today for our appointment. He talked us through all the different options and we were able to find a plan that suited us easily and with minimal fuss. Very professional and its great we now have peace of mind, not just for ourselves but for our family.

Your overall service was good
Your overall service was good. Your staff were very helpful and I promptly received notification of the undertakers who will be carrying out the services on your behalf.
But, I received a phone call from what turned out to be a scam who had access to the arrangements I made and was calling to confirm. The caller terminated the call when I said I had already paid when she was about to transfer me to the billing department to take payment. I reported this to you in the hopes you will apply added security.
