Perhaps to much information
Yes ok I took out the plan with golden leaves and I pay in instalments i will pay more to finish paying before the due date the only thing I don’t like is golden leaves sending me letters and e mails i don’t want to be reminded all the time that I am going to die wish to be left and not reminded thanks for your understanding r lloyd

An excellent result to a very important decision
From our first phone call to Golden Leaves to receiving our completed funeral plans, my partner and l were very comfortable with the options available, costings and the service we received. The visit of Manny was excellent with a very non-pressured and professional and we were happy with the final plans we had chosen. Excellent all round company.

Great experience
Great experience, provider giving me reassurance and peace of mind. Knowing that my wishes will be carried out at my expense. The option of minimum fuss fits my personality. A small carbon footprint I feel is appropriate given the state of our planet.

The agent for Green Leaves was very good.
The agent for Green Leaves was very good and explained everything. We were not told the firm that will be be conducting the Cremation, we would prefer the Co=op.

Deciding a funeral plan
When deciding to set up a funeral plan, I wanted a company I could trust. And when I spoke to my chosen funeral directors, they advised that they used Golden Leaves. All round it was excellent service and everything was thoroughly explained

End of our worries!
It was lovely sorting everything out in our home. A really pleasant lady came & told us all our options & making sure we understood everything fully. It was like having a friend visit. We decided what we wanted, paid there & then (our choice) & that was it! The chap in the beginning who rang us was also very nice & didn't push us into anything.. Just explained everything to us clearly. We found it a very easy, straight forward thing for what could have been unpleasant or a bit morbid. It was the opposite & for that we thank you... Prices were very, very good too!

Really good experience with Golden Leaves Funeral Plan. There was no hard sale, I was given plenty of time to decide on which plan and I even asked some difficult questions. I got a quick response to my questions and went ahead to purchase a plan.
